【摘要】：目的:通過(guò)Meta分析,了解中國(guó)變應(yīng)性鼻炎(AR)的患病率及探討國(guó)內(nèi)人群AR的主要危險(xiǎn)因素,為AR的防治提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法:系統(tǒng)檢索Pubmed、Embase、Web of science、Cochrane圖書(shū)館、相關(guān)期刊論文、中文科技期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、萬(wàn)方數(shù)字化期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、中國(guó)生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)等數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)查找關(guān)于中國(guó)AR患病率及危險(xiǎn)因素相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),同時(shí)追索納入文獻(xiàn)的參考文獻(xiàn)。采用R3.2.3軟件對(duì)各研究結(jié)果進(jìn)行Meta分析。結(jié)果:共納入31篇文獻(xiàn),國(guó)內(nèi)兒童AR患病率為15.79%(95%CI 15.13~16.45),華中地區(qū)患病率最高(17.20%),華東最低(13.94%)。成人AR患病率為13.26%(95%CI 12.05~14.47),華南地區(qū)患病率最高(15.45%),西南最低(10.93%)。各危險(xiǎn)因素合并比值比(OR)分別為家族史(5.40)、粉塵接觸史(2.04)、藥物過(guò)敏史(2.83)、哮喘病史(4.45)、環(huán)境煙草煙霧(2.00)、水泛濫(1.50)、裝修(1.41)、花粉過(guò)敏(17.18)、真菌(1.31)、飼養(yǎng)寵物(1.29)、蟑螂(1.69)。結(jié)論:中國(guó)AR的流行趨勢(shì)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),國(guó)內(nèi)兒童AR患病率高于成人,不同地區(qū)患病率有差異,上述11種危險(xiǎn)因素在AR的發(fā)病中起重要作用,在AR的防治過(guò)程中應(yīng)針對(duì)這些危險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行早期干預(yù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the prevalence of allergic rhinitis (AR) and the main risk factors of AR in Chinese population by Meta analysis, and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of AR. Methods: Pubmedmedus Embase Web of Science Cochrane Library, full text Database of Chinese Journals, full text Database of Chinese Sci-tech Journals, full text Database of Wanfang Digital Journals were searched systematically. The Chinese Biomedical Literature Database and other databases were used to search the literature about the prevalence and risk factors of AR in China. The results were analyzed by Meta with software R3.2.3. Results: the prevalence rate of AR in Chinese children was 15.79% (95%CI 15.1316.45), the highest in central China (17.20%), and the lowest in East China (13.94%). The prevalence of AR in adults was 13.26% (95%CI 12.05 ~ 14.47), the highest in South China (15.45%), and the lowest in Southwest (10.93%). The relative ratios of (OR) to (OR) were family history (5.40), dust exposure history (2.04), drug allergy history (2.83), asthma history (4.45), environmental tobacco smoke (2.00), flooding (1.50), decoration (1.41), pollen hypersensitivity (17.18), fungi (1.31), keeping pets (1.29), cockroaches (1.69). Conclusion: the prevalence of AR in Chinese children is higher than that in adults, and there are differences in the prevalence of AR in different regions. These 11 risk factors play an important role in the pathogenesis of AR. Early intervention of these risk factors should be carried out in the course of AR prevention and treatment.
