【摘要】：目的觀察清熱散結(jié)片聯(lián)合氯霉素滴耳液治療慢性中耳炎的療效。方法 72例慢性中耳炎患者均來自將河南中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院耳鼻喉科門診患者,按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法隨機(jī)分為治療組和對(duì)照組。治療組36例采用清熱散結(jié)片聯(lián)合氯霉素滴耳液進(jìn)行治療。對(duì)照組僅用采用氯霉素滴耳液治療。結(jié)果治療組總有效率97.2%,明顯高于對(duì)照組總有效率86.1%,兩組間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論清熱散結(jié)片聯(lián)合氯霉素滴耳液治療慢性中耳炎較單用清熱散結(jié)片療效顯著。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the curative effect of Qingre Sanjie tablet combined with chloramphenicol ear drops on chronic otitis media. Methods Seventy-two patients with chronic otitis media were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group 36 cases were treated with Qingre Sanjie tablet combined with chloramphenicol ear drops. The control group was only treated with chloramphenicol ear drops. Results the total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.2%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (86.1%). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion Qingre Sanjie tablet combined with chloramphenicol ear drops is more effective than Qingre Sanjie tablet in the treatment of chronic otitis media.
