AQP1在聲帶息肉中表達的研究及意義

【摘要】:目的:通過檢測AQP1在聲帶息肉組織中的表達情況,探討其在聲帶息肉發(fā)生、發(fā)展過程中的作用,為臨床防治提供理論依據(jù)。方法:采用免疫組織化學(xué)技術(shù)SP法及HE染色,檢測AQP1在40例聲帶息肉和20例正常聲帶組織中的表達情況,應(yīng)用Image-Proplus圖像分析軟件測定免疫組化圖像,運用SPSS17.0統(tǒng)計軟件對實驗組和對照組各數(shù)據(jù)進行分析,做t檢驗及相關(guān)性檢驗,計算出P值(取P0.05為差異有顯著性)。結(jié)果:AQP1在聲帶息肉組織中的上皮細胞、炎性細胞、血管內(nèi)皮細胞、腺體細胞、成纖維細胞表達較強,在正常聲帶組織中的表達較弱。聲帶息肉組AQP1陽性單位均值(39.9633±8.7820)高于正常聲帶組(17.4222±8.5380),有統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(p0.05)。男、女組間無顯著差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:①AQP1在聲帶息肉組織中的高表達,提示其與聲帶息肉的發(fā)生、發(fā)展可能有關(guān)系,有望為預(yù)防和治療聲帶息肉提供依據(jù)。②聲帶息肉發(fā)展過程中,合成AQP1促進息肉血管的形成,息肉血管增生,息肉獲得豐富的血供從而不斷生長。③AQP1在漿液性腺細胞的高表達,可致大量的水樣漿液分泌滲出,AQP1在上皮下毛細管及血竇內(nèi)皮細胞的高表達,使血管通透性增強,血漿滲出,二者導(dǎo)致了組織間液增多。同時,AQP1在上皮基底細胞和纖毛細胞層無表達或少許表達,致使液體運輸通路障礙,不利于液體轉(zhuǎn)運,使分泌和滲出到組織間隙中的大量液體積聚。上述兩種情形終至局部組織形成水腫,息肉形成。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the role of AQP1 in the occurrence and development of vocal cord polyps by detecting the expression of AQP1 in vocal cord polyps, and to provide a theoretical basis for clinical prevention and treatment. Methods: the expression of AQP1 in 40 cases of vocal cord polyps and 20 cases of normal vocal cord tissues were detected by immunohistochemical technique SP method and HE staining. The immunohistochemical images were detected by Image-Proplus image analysis software. The statistical software SPSS 17.0 was used to analyze the data of the experimental group and the control group. T test and correlation test were done to calculate the P value (P 0.05 as the significant difference). Results the expression of VAQP1 in epithelial cells, inflammatory cells, vascular endothelial cells, glandular cells and fibroblasts in vocal cord polyps was stronger than that in normal vocal cord tissues. The mean value of AQP1 positive unit in vocal cord polyp group (39.9633 鹵8.7820) was higher than that in normal vocal cord group (17.4222 鹵8.5380), there was statistical difference (p0.05). There was no significant difference between male and female groups (P0.05). Conclusion the high expression of AQP1 in vocal cord polyps suggests that it may be related to the occurrence and development of vocal cord polyps, which may provide a basis for the prevention and treatment of vocal cord polyps. Synthesis of AQP1 promotes polyp angiogenesis, polyps with abundant blood supply and growth. 3 AQP1 is highly expressed in serous gonadal cells. High expression of AQP1 in capillary and sinusoidal endothelial cells, increased vascular permeability and plasma exudation, which led to the increase of interstitial fluid. At the same time, there was no or little expression of AQP1 in epithelial basal cells and ciliated cells, which resulted in the obstruction of liquid transport pathway and the accumulation of a large amount of liquid secreted and exudated into the interstitial tissue. Both cases end in edema and polyp formation in local tissues.
