【摘要】：正氣管、支氣管吸入性異物為兒童急性氣管,支氣管阻塞的常見原因,若不及時(shí)有效診斷和處理可影響呼吸導(dǎo)致缺氧,危及患者生命,是小兒耳鼻咽喉科常見急癥~(〔1〕)。在臨床急救中全身麻醉下經(jīng)硬性支氣管鏡行異物取出術(shù)是治療氣管、支氣管異物的首選方法,但臨床手術(shù)中患兒氣道對刺激反應(yīng)性
[Abstract]:It is the common cause of children ' s acute respiratory tract and bronchial obstruction . It is common for children with acute respiratory tract and bronchial obstruction . If it is not timely and effectively diagnosed and treated , it can affect the hypoxia and endanger the life of the patient . It is the first choice for the treatment of trachea and bronchial foreign body under general anesthesia during clinical first aid .
