【摘要】：正2013年4月~2015年9月我科共行鼻中隔黏膜下矯正術(shù)297例,發(fā)生鼻中隔血腫7例,其中遲發(fā)性鼻中隔血腫5例,現(xiàn)對(duì)其發(fā)生的原因與防治方法進(jìn)行分析。1資料與方法1.1臨床資料。5例患者中,男性4例,女性1例;年齡21~64歲,平均38.8歲。術(shù)前常規(guī)檢查均無(wú)手術(shù)禁忌證,血壓、血
[Abstract]:From April 2013 to September 2015, 297 cases underwent submucosal correction of nasal septum, 7 cases of nasal septum hematoma, including 5 cases of delayed nasal septum hematoma. The causes and methods of prevention and treatment were analyzed. 1 data and methods 1.1 among the 5 cases of clinical data, 4 cases were male and 1 case was female, with an average age of 38.8 years (21 ~ 64 years old). There were no contraindication, blood pressure, blood in routine examination before operation.
