【摘要】：目的比較CE-Chirp刺激聲誘發(fā)的多頻穩(wěn)態(tài)誘發(fā)電位（ASSR）閾值與純音聽(tīng)閾值的之間的相互關(guān)系，探討正常與不同性質(zhì)和不同程度聽(tīng)力損失患者CE-Chirp ASSR反應(yīng)閾與純音聽(tīng)閾之間的相關(guān)性。 方法根據(jù)電測(cè)聽(tīng)結(jié)果分為聽(tīng)力正常（13人，26耳）；聽(tīng)力異常（119例，，168耳）中根據(jù)不同性質(zhì)聽(tīng)力損失分為傳導(dǎo)性（27耳）、混合性(53耳)和感音神經(jīng)性聾（88耳），根據(jù)不同程度聽(tīng)力損失分為輕度（59耳）、中度（52耳）、重度（29耳）及極重度（28耳）。分別測(cè)試正常和異常聽(tīng)力者CE-ChirpASSR的反應(yīng)閾，與在頻率0.5、1、2和4kHz的行為聽(tīng)閾進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析；兩閾值差分別在同一頻率不同聽(tīng)力組間、同一聽(tīng)力組內(nèi)不同頻率間進(jìn)行比較。 結(jié)果聽(tīng)力正常和異常組的CE-Chirp ASSR反應(yīng)閾與純音聽(tīng)閾之間關(guān)系密切（P0.01）；CE-ChirpASSR反應(yīng)閾與純音聽(tīng)閾差值在同一頻率各聽(tīng)力異常組間，及4個(gè)不同頻率同一聽(tīng)力異常組內(nèi)均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異（P0.05）。 結(jié)論CE-Chirp ASSR反應(yīng)閾與純音測(cè)聽(tīng)閾有顯著相關(guān)性；CE-Chirp ASSR是一種快速、具有頻率特異性的新型聽(tīng)力檢測(cè)方法，可對(duì)不同性質(zhì)、不同程度聽(tīng)力損失患者進(jìn)行客觀聽(tīng)力評(píng)估。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the relationship between CE-Chirp evoked multi-frequency steady-state evoked potentials (ASSRs) threshold and pure tone auditory threshold (Pure tone auditory threshold), and to explore the correlation between CE-Chirp ASSR response threshold and pure tone auditory threshold in patients with normal and different properties and different degrees of hearing loss. Methods according to the results of electroaudiometry, 13 patients with normal hearing were divided into 26 ears. In 119 cases of abnormal hearing loss, there were 27 ears with conductive hearing loss, 53 ears with mixed hearing loss, 88 ears with sensorineural hearing loss, 59 ears with mild hearing loss, 52 ears with moderate deafness and 29 ears with severe hearing loss. ) and extremely severe, 28 ears. The response threshold of CE-ChirpASSR was measured in normal and abnormal hearing subjects, and the correlation analysis was carried out between CE-ChirpASSR and behavioral threshold at frequency of 0.5 kHz and 4kHz, and the difference between the two thresholds was compared between different hearing groups at the same frequency and different frequencies in the same hearing group. Results there was a close relationship between CE-Chirp ASSR response threshold and pure tone hearing threshold in normal and abnormal hearing groups. There was no significant difference between CE-Chirp ASSR response threshold and pure tone hearing threshold at the same frequency and 4 different frequencies in the same hearing abnormality group. Conclusion CE-Chirp ASSR is a fast and frequency-specific new method for hearing detection, which can be used to evaluate the hearing ability of patients with different characteristics and different degrees of hearing loss. [conclusion] there is a significant correlation between CE-Chirp ASSR and pure tone audiometry.
