【摘要】：目的分析2014年河南省中小學(xué)生視力不良狀況及影響因素,為有效防控學(xué)生視力不良提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法利用2014年河南省34 886名9~18歲中小學(xué)生參加全國體質(zhì)健康調(diào)研的數(shù)據(jù),對其視力狀況與生活方式的問卷進行分析。結(jié)果河南省9~18歲學(xué)生視力不良檢出率為62.5%,高中初中小學(xué),女生男生,城市鄉(xiāng)村,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(均有P0.05);多因素Logistics回歸分析顯示,每周吃早餐≤2次(OR=0.850,95%CI:0.776~0.931)、每周吃雞蛋3~5次(OR=0.883,95%CI:0.813~0.960)、偶爾或從不喝牛奶(OR=0.864,95%CI:0.812~0.920)、每天體育鍛煉時間≥2 h(OR=0.830,95%CI:0.722~0.955)、每天看電視的時間≥2 h(OR=0.738,95%CI:0.681~0.799)為視力不良的保護因素,每天睡眠7 h(OR=1.100,95%CI:1.009~1.199)、每周體育課≤1次(OR=1.091,95%CI:1.017~1.172)、不愿意參加長跑(OR=1.100,95%CI:1.024~1.183)、每天做家庭作業(yè)時間≥2 h(OR=1.375,95%CI:1.287~1.469)、每天玩電子產(chǎn)品的時間≥2 h(OR=1.155,95%CI:1.072~1.244)為視力不良的危險因素。結(jié)論河南省學(xué)生視力不良狀況依然嚴(yán)峻,視力不良與多因素綜合作用有關(guān),應(yīng)采取針對性的干預(yù)措施,有效預(yù)防學(xué)生視力不良。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the visual acuity of primary and middle school students in Henan province in 2014 and its influencing factors so as to provide scientific basis for effective prevention and control of visual acuity of primary and middle school students. Methods based on the data of 34,886 primary and middle school students aged 9 years old who participated in the national physical health survey in Henan Province in 2014, the questionnaire on their visual acuity and lifestyle was analyzed. Results the detectable rate of visual impairment was 62.5% among the students aged 9 to 18 years in Henan province. There were significant differences among the middle and primary schools, girls and boys, urban and rural areas in the beginning of middle school (all P 0.05), and the multiple logistic regression analysis showed that there were significant differences between the two groups.
