【摘要】：目的:評估全視網(wǎng)膜光凝術(shù)(PRP)對糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變(PDR)患者在視覺相關(guān)生活質(zhì)量及日常視覺功能的影響。方法:研究納入30例(男13例,女17例)接受全視網(wǎng)膜光凝術(shù)治療糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變患者。國家眼科研究所發(fā)布的視覺功能量表(VFQ-25)用來評估全視網(wǎng)膜光凝術(shù)治療前后視覺相關(guān)生活質(zhì)量及日常視覺功能�；颊咴诮邮苋暰W(wǎng)膜光凝術(shù)治療前和治療后6mo分別填寫VFQ-25量表,比較視覺相關(guān)生活質(zhì)量及日常視覺功能差異。運(yùn)用配對t檢驗(yàn)對治療前后VFQ-25評分對比。結(jié)果:全視網(wǎng)膜光凝術(shù)治療前平均VFQ-25綜合評分為74.79±15.7,術(shù)后平均綜合評分為74.08±19.1。術(shù)前與術(shù)后的平均VFQ-25綜合評分無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P=0.875)。結(jié)論:全視網(wǎng)膜光凝術(shù)(PRP)對糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變(PDR)患者在視覺相關(guān)生活質(zhì)量及日常視覺功能無不利影響。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the effect of total retinal photocoagulation (PRP) on visual quality of life and daily visual function in patients with diabetic retinopathy. Methods: 30 cases (13 males and 17 females) of diabetic retinopathy were treated with whole retinal photocoagulation. Visual function scale (VFQ-25) was published by the National Institute of Ophthalmology to evaluate visual quality of life and daily visual function before and after total retinal photocoagulation. VFQ-25 scale was filled out by 6mo before and after total retinal photocoagulation to compare visual quality of life and daily visual function. Matched t test was used to compare VFQ-25 scores before and after treatment. Results: the mean VFQ-25 comprehensive score was 74.79 鹵15.7before total retinal photocoagulation and 74.08 鹵19.1after operation. The mean VFQ-25 score before and after operation was not statistically significant (P < 0. 875). Conclusion: total retinal photocoagulation has no adverse effect on visual quality of life and daily visual function in patients with diabetic retinopathy.
