【摘要】：虹膜松弛綜合征是白內(nèi)障超聲乳化手術(shù)中特有的表現(xiàn),多發(fā)生在術(shù)前使用腎上腺素能α-1受體拮抗劑的患者,雖然術(shù)前經(jīng)過充分散瞳,但仍然出現(xiàn)術(shù)中漸進(jìn)性瞳孔縮小、虹膜松弛脫出及前房浪涌。如處理不當(dāng),可產(chǎn)生極為嚴(yán)重的并發(fā)癥,影響手術(shù)效果。我們對(duì)其流行病學(xué)特點(diǎn)、發(fā)病機(jī)制、危險(xiǎn)因素、臨床表現(xiàn)、并發(fā)癥以及應(yīng)對(duì)策略等做一綜述。
[Abstract]:Iridorelaxation syndrome is a special manifestation in phacoemulsification of cataract. It usually occurs in patients who use adrenergic 偽 -1 receptor antagonist before operation. Iris flabby out and anterior chamber surge. If the management is not proper, can produce extremely serious complication, affect the operation effect. We reviewed its epidemiological features, pathogenesis, risk factors, clinical manifestations, complications and coping strategies.
