【摘要】：目的：觀察比較Bcl-xL和Bad在人視網(wǎng)膜母細胞瘤(RB)與正常視網(wǎng)膜中的表達情況，并探討兩種因子表達的意義。 方法：采用免疫組織化學SP法，觀察比較42例RB（實驗組）及15例正常視網(wǎng)膜組織（對照組）中Bcl-xL和Bad的表達情況，并結(jié)合臨床病理資料分析二者與RB的關系。所有數(shù)據(jù)均應用SPSS for Windows17.0軟件進行統(tǒng)計分析。 結(jié)果：1、實驗組Bcl-xL陽性表達率64.29%高于對照組26.67%；不同臨床分型Bcl-xL陽性表達率：眼內(nèi)期20%，青光眼期66.67%，眼外期88.24%，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義，Bcl-xL在各個RB分期中陽性表達率呈正相關；不同組織學類型Bcl-xL陽性表達率：未分化型80%，分化型41.18%，Bcl-xL在未分化型RB表達高于分化型RB；不同浸潤深度Bcl-xL陽性表達率：視神經(jīng)受侵犯78.57%，視神經(jīng)未受侵犯35.71%，視神經(jīng)受侵犯組Bcl-xL陽性表達率高于視神經(jīng)未受侵犯組。 2、實驗組Bad陽性表達率26.19%低于對照組60%；不同臨床分型Bad陽性表達率：眼內(nèi)期70%，青光眼期20%，眼外期5.88%，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義，Bad在各個RB分期中陽性表達率呈負相關；不同組織學類型Bad陽性表達率：未分化型8%，分化型52.94%，Bad在未分化型RB中的表達明顯低于分化型RB；不同浸潤深度Bad陽性表達率：視神經(jīng)受侵犯14.29%，視神經(jīng)未受侵犯50.00%，視神經(jīng)受侵犯組Bad陽性表達率低于視神經(jīng)未受侵犯組。 結(jié)論：1、Bcl-xL的異常表達與RB的發(fā)生發(fā)展有關，，其表達水平隨著RB惡性程度的增加而增高。 2、Bad的異常表達與RB的發(fā)生發(fā)展有關，其表達水平隨著RB惡性程度的增加而降低。 3、二者可能為RB的治療提供新途徑。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the expression of Bcl-xL and Bad in human retinoblastoma and normal retina. Methods: immunohistochemical SP method was used to observe and compare the expression of Bcl-xL and Bad in 42 cases of RBB (experimental group) and 15 cases of normal retina (control group). All the data were analyzed by SPSS for Windows17.0 software. Results the positive expression rate of Bcl-xL in the experimental group was 64.29% higher than that in the control group 26.67.The positive expression rate of Bcl-xL in different clinical types was 20 in intraocular phase, 66.67 in glaucoma and 88.24 in extraocular phase. The difference was positively related to the positive expression rate of Bcl-xL in all stages of RB. The positive expression rate of Bcl-xL in different histological types: 80% of undifferentiated type, 41.18% of differentiated type, and higher of Bcl-xL expression in undifferentiated RB than that of differentiated type, and the positive rate of Bcl-xL expression in different infiltrating depth was 78.57 in optic nerve, 35.71 in optic nerve, and 35.71 in optic nerve. The positive expression rate of Bcl-xL in the offending group was higher than that in the non-invasive optic nerve group. 2, the positive expression rate of Bad in the experimental group was 26.19% lower than that in the control group (60%), and the positive expression rate of Bad in different clinical types: 70 in the intraocular phase, 20 in the glaucoma stage and 5.88 in the extraocular phase. The positive expression rate of Bad in undifferentiated RB was significantly lower than that in differentiated RB, and the positive rate of Bad in different infiltrating depth was 14.29 in optic nerve, 50.004 in optic nerve. The positive expression rate of Bad in the nerve invasion group was lower than that in the optic nerve group. Conclusion the abnormal expression of Bcl-xL is related to the occurrence and development of RB, and the expression level of Bcl-xL increases with the malignancy of RB. 2the abnormal expression of Bad was related to the occurrence and development of RB, and its expression level decreased with the increase of malignant degree of RB. 3, both of them may provide a new approach for the treatment of RB.
