【摘要】：目的了解人工淚液-思然對(duì)超聲乳化術(shù)后淚膜穩(wěn)定性的影響。 方法隨機(jī)抽取行白內(nèi)障超聲乳化+人工晶體植入術(shù)的年齡相關(guān)性白內(nèi)障患者28例(37只眼),隨機(jī)分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組(19人)和對(duì)照組(18人),對(duì)照組術(shù)后給予常規(guī)治療,實(shí)驗(yàn)組術(shù)后在給予常規(guī)治療的基礎(chǔ)上加用人工淚液思然。分別于術(shù)前一天、術(shù)后一天、一周、兩周、三周、一個(gè)月行干眼問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,淚膜破裂時(shí)間(BUT),基礎(chǔ)淚液分泌實(shí)驗(yàn)(Schirmer-Ⅰ),角膜熒光素染色檢查。 結(jié)果與術(shù)前相比,術(shù)后干眼問(wèn)卷調(diào)查有癥狀者增加,實(shí)驗(yàn)組明顯少于對(duì)照組；術(shù)后實(shí)驗(yàn)組BUT恢復(fù)時(shí)間較對(duì)照組提前(p≤0.05),術(shù)后實(shí)驗(yàn)組SIT恢復(fù)時(shí)間較對(duì)照組提前(p≤0.05)。術(shù)后角膜染色恢復(fù)時(shí)間實(shí)驗(yàn)組較對(duì)照組提前。 結(jié)論白內(nèi)障超聲乳化術(shù)后可使患者淚膜穩(wěn)定性下降,使用人工淚液思然后可減輕干眼的癥狀與體征,幫助患者更好的恢復(fù),改善視覺(jué)質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of artificial tear-Siran on the stability of lacrimal film after phacoemulsification. Methods Twenty-eight patients with age-related cataract underwent phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 19) and control group (n = 18).
