【摘要】：目的:通過(guò)不同時(shí)間間隔鼓室內(nèi)注射地塞米松治療突發(fā)性聾的臨床療效對(duì)比,探討鼓室內(nèi)注射的適當(dāng)時(shí)間間隔。方法:臨床確診160例突聾患者,除給予常規(guī)擴(kuò)張血管、溶栓、高壓氧治療,同時(shí)給予鼓室腔內(nèi)灌注地塞米松,按不同時(shí)間間隔分為3組。每日注射組:每日給予患耳鼓室腔內(nèi)注射;隔日注射組:隔日注射;1周2次組:1周注射2次。另有全身使用激素組28例及未用激素組18例。共計(jì)206例患者。結(jié)果:每日注射組和隔日注射組療效差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,與1周2次組、全身使用激素組及未用激素組比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:鼓室腔注射地塞米松臨床應(yīng)用廣泛,操作簡(jiǎn)單,療效明顯,每日及隔日一次注射患者依從性好,療效較1周2次明顯,避免了全身使用糖皮質(zhì)激素的不良反應(yīng),患者無(wú)明顯痛苦,可推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the appropriate time interval of intratympanic injection of dexamethasone in the treatment of sudden deafness. Methods: 160 patients with sudden deafness were treated with routine dilation, thrombolytic therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy and intracavitary infusion of dexamethasone. The injection group was treated with intracavitary injection of tympanum every day, and the injection group was injected twice a week with one week of injection every other day. There were 28 cases in the steroid group and 18 cases in the control group. A total of 206 patients were involved. Results: there was no significant difference in the curative effect between the daily injection group and the other day injection group. Conclusion: Dexamethasone injection into tympanic cavity is widely used in clinical application, simple operation and obvious curative effect. The compliance of daily and once injection is better than that of 2 times in 1 week, which avoids the adverse reaction of using glucocorticoid all over the body. The patient has no obvious pain and can be popularized and applied.
