【摘要】：目的:分析我院2013年至2015年雷珠單抗在不同疾病中的使用情況。方法:從本院醫(yī)院管理信息系統(tǒng)(HIMS)中調(diào)取2013年1月1日至2015年12月31日應(yīng)用雷珠單抗的全部病歷數(shù)據(jù),用Microsoft Excel軟件對(duì)患者的性別、年齡、職業(yè)、區(qū)域、民族、疾病診斷、手術(shù)時(shí)間及手術(shù)名稱等逐一進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)整理及統(tǒng)計(jì),部分?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)用SPSS統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,了解不同疾病的性別、年齡、職業(yè)、區(qū)域、民族的構(gòu)成情況,并對(duì)雷珠單抗的超說(shuō)明書用藥情況進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果:使用雷珠單抗的400例患者中,男女性別比為1.15:1,平均年齡為57.51±13.50歲,漢族:少數(shù)民族=1.31:1,職業(yè)以退(離)休人員為主,其次是職員及公務(wù)員,患者主要來(lái)源為天山北坡經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)。不同疾病中,以糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變患者居多,不同疾病的年齡的差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(X~2=112.186,P0.05),不同疾病的平均年齡差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(F=22.028,P0.05),不同疾病的職業(yè)構(gòu)成差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(X~2=443.632,P0.05),不同疾病的性別構(gòu)成差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(X~2=8.129,P0.05),不同疾病的民族構(gòu)成差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(X~2=6.643,P0.05),不同疾病的患者區(qū)域差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(X~2=22.463,P0.05)。雷珠單抗使使用存在超說(shuō)明書用藥情況,主要體現(xiàn)在超適應(yīng)癥及波切術(shù)前用藥時(shí)機(jī)上。在年齡相關(guān)性黃斑變性患者中規(guī)律用藥組與不規(guī)律用藥組兩組患者年齡、性別、職業(yè)、區(qū)域來(lái)源構(gòu)成差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:使用雷珠單抗的患者中,不同疾病的年齡構(gòu)成、平均年齡、職業(yè)差異存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,而且我院雷珠單抗的使用存在超說(shuō)明書用藥情況,本次研究反應(yīng)了我院雷珠單抗藥物使用情況,為我院眼科專科建設(shè)及合理利用衛(wèi)生資源提供依據(jù),以提高用藥的合理性和安全性,也為更進(jìn)一步的研究調(diào)查提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the use of Lei Zhu McAb in different diseases from 2013 to 2015. Methods: all the medical records from January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2015 were collected from the hospital management information system (HIMS), and the patients' sex, age, occupation, region, nationality and disease diagnosis were analyzed with Microsoft Excel software. The operation time and operation name were collected and counted one by one. Some of the data were analyzed by SPSS software to find out the constitution of sex, age, occupation, region and nationality of different diseases. The drug usage of the superspecification of Lei Zhu McAb was analyzed. Results: the sex ratio of male to female was 1.15: 1, the average age was 57.51 鹵13.50 years old. The Han nationality: minority nationality was 1.31: 1. The occupation was mainly retired (retired), followed by staff and civil servant. The main source of the patients was the economic zone on the northern slope of Tianshan Mountain. Among the different diseases, diabetic retinopathy is the most common disease. The age difference of different diseases is statistically significant, the average age difference of different diseases is statistically significant, the difference of average age of different diseases is statistically significant, and the occupational composition of different diseases has statistical significance. There is no significant difference in the sex composition of different diseases. There was no significant difference in the national composition of different diseases. There was no significant difference in the regional differences between the patients with different diseases and the patients with different diseases. Threzhu McAb makes the use of superscript drugs mainly reflected in the superindications and the preoperation medication machine. There was no significant difference in age, sex, occupation and regional origin between regular and irregular drug groups in age-related macular degeneration patients. Conclusion: the age composition, average age and occupational difference of different diseases in patients with Leizhu McAb were statistically significant, and the usage of Lei Zhu McAb in our hospital was overstated. This study reflects the use of Leizhu McAb in our hospital and provides the basis for the construction of ophthalmological specialty and the rational use of health resources in our hospital in order to improve the rationality and safety of drug use and to provide the basis for further research and investigation.
