蝦青素對凹透鏡所致的豚鼠近視模型屈光狀態(tài)及病理組織形態(tài)的影響

【摘要】:目的:探討蝦青素對凹透鏡所致的豚鼠近視模型屈光狀態(tài)及病理組織形態(tài)的影響,闡明蝦青素對近視屈光狀態(tài)的改善作用。方法:48只健康豚鼠隨機分為空白對照組(n=12)和模型組(n=36),模型組以遠視性光學離焦法制備豚鼠右眼近視模型(左眼作為對照)后隨機分為模型對照組、低(25ig·kg~(-1))和高劑量蝦青素組(50ig·kg~(-1)),給藥干預4周,于2和4周分別檢測各組豚鼠雙眼屈光度和眼軸長度,并于4周檢測完成后,對右眼進行病理組織形態(tài)學檢查。結(jié)果:模型組豚鼠在實驗2周后實驗眼球屈光度較作為對照的左眼低(P0.05),與空白對照組右眼比較也明顯降低(P0.05),4周后更加明顯(P0.01);模型組豚鼠在實驗2周后實驗眼球的眼軸長度較對照的左眼及空白對照組增加(P0.05),4周后增加更為明顯(P0.01)。與模型組比較,蝦青素組豚鼠眼屈光度及眼軸長度明顯增加(P0.05),用藥時間長且效果較好;其病理組織形態(tài)學上也呈現(xiàn)出明顯的改善,膠原斷裂現(xiàn)象明顯減少且排列較整齊。結(jié)論:蝦青素在改善近視眼屈光度及眼軸長度方面有良好的效果,還有助于恢復近視眼球鞏膜的組織形態(tài)。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the effect of astaxanthin on refractive state and histopathology of myopia induced by concave lens in guinea pigs, and to elucidate the effect of astaxanthin on myometropia. Methods Forty-eight healthy guinea pigs were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 12) and model group (n = 36). Low dose of astaxanthin (25 ig) and high dose of astaxanthin (50 ig) were given for 4 weeks. The diopter and the length of the eye axis were measured at 2 and 4 weeks, respectively. The histopathological examination of the right eye was performed after 4 weeks. Results: the diopter of the experimental eyeball in the model group was lower than that in the left eye of the control group 2 weeks after the experiment, and that in the model group was significantly lower than that in the right eye of the blank control group after 4 weeks, and that in the model group was significantly lower than that in the control group after 2 weeks. The axial length of the eyes increased more significantly than that of the left eye and the blank control group after 4 weeks, the increase of the axial length was more obvious than that of the control group and the blank control group. Compared with the model group, the diopter and the length of eye axis of astaxanthin group were significantly increased, the medication time was longer and the effect was better, the histopathology of astaxanthin group was also obviously improved, the phenomenon of collagen fracture was obviously reduced and arranged neatly. Conclusion: astaxanthin has a good effect in improving myopia diopter and axial length, and it is also helpful to restore myopia sclera histomorphology.
