【摘要】：目的 1、檢測畸胎瘤細(xì)胞源性生長因子（PC-cell derived growth factor,PCDGF）和血管內(nèi)皮生長因子(vascular endothelial growth factor, VEGF)在鼻咽癌（nasopharyngeal carcinoma, NPC）組織標(biāo)本與癌旁正常組織標(biāo)本中的表達(dá)水平。 2、研究畸胎瘤細(xì)胞源性生長因子（PC-cell derived growth factor,PCDGF）和血管內(nèi)皮生長因子(vascular endothelial growth factor, VEGF)的表達(dá)水平與鼻咽癌(nasopharyngeal carcinoma, NPC)臨床病理參數(shù)之間是否有關(guān)系。 3、探討鼻咽癌(Nasopharyngeal carcinoma, NPC)組織中血管內(nèi)皮生長因子(vascular endothelial growth factor, VEGF)的蛋白表達(dá)和畸胎瘤細(xì)胞源性生長因子（PC-cellderived growth factor, PCDGF）之間的關(guān)系。 方法 使用免疫組化－SP法檢測畸胎瘤細(xì)胞源性生長因子（PC-cellderived growth factor, PCDGF）和血管內(nèi)皮生長因子(vascular endothelialgrowth factor, VEGF)在65例鼻咽癌(Nasopharyngeal carcinoma, NPC)組織及65例癌旁組織中的表達(dá)。 結(jié)果 1、本次研究表明鼻咽癌組織中PCDGF與VEGF的蛋白表達(dá)水平遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超過的癌旁正常組織，且前者的表達(dá)與某些病理因素有關(guān)，如癌的浸潤情況、淋巴結(jié)有否轉(zhuǎn)移及臨床分期(P0.05)。然而后者除以上情況和PCDGF相同外，還和是否有遠(yuǎn)處轉(zhuǎn)移這一因素有一定關(guān)系(P0.05)。兩者在鼻咽癌中的表達(dá)在不同性別、不同年齡階段中都無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)上的差異。 2、本次研究還說明PCDGF和VEGF在鼻咽癌組織中的蛋白表達(dá)表現(xiàn)為正相關(guān)（r=0.414，P=0.001）。 結(jié)論 1、同以前的研究結(jié)果一樣，，鼻咽癌中PCDGF與VEGF的蛋白表達(dá)水平遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超過癌旁正常組織，且這兩個(gè)因子的蛋白表達(dá)情況與某些病理因素相關(guān)，以上結(jié)果說明這兩個(gè)因子可能也在鼻咽癌的發(fā)生及侵襲過程中發(fā)揮著不可忽視的促進(jìn)作用。 2、研究結(jié)果中顯示的PCDGF與VEGF表達(dá)的正相關(guān)性說明這兩個(gè)因子可能在鼻咽癌的發(fā)生、浸潤和轉(zhuǎn)移過程中起著相互促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:Purpose 1. The expression of PC-cell derived growth factor (PC-cell derived growth factor) and vascular endothelial growth factor (endothelial growth factor, VEGF) in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) tissues and adjacent normal tissues were detected. 2. To investigate the relationship between the expression of PC-cell derived growth factor (PC-cell derived growth factor) and vascular endothelial growth factor (endothelial growth factor, VEGF) and the clinicopathological parameters of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPCs) in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). 3. To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (endothelial growth factor, VEGF) in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPCs) and the relationship between the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (endothelial growth factor, VEGF) and the expression of PC-cell-derived growth factor, PCDGF) in teratoma. Method The expression of PC-cell-derived growth factor, PCDGF) and vascular endothelial growth factor (endothelialgrowth factor, VEGF) in 65 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and 65 cases of paracancerous tissues were detected by immunohistochemical method. Result 1. This study shows that the expression of PCDGF and VEGF protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues is much higher than that in adjacent normal tissues, and the expression of the former is related to some pathological factors, such as invasion of cancer, lymph node metastasis and clinical staging (P0.05). However, in addition to the same as PCDGF, the latter is also related to the distant metastasis (P 0.05). There was no statistical difference between the two groups in the expression of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) by sex and age. 2. The expression of PCDGF and VEGF in nasopharyngeal carcinoma was positively correlated with the expression of rrm0.414PnP 0.001. Conclusion 1. As in previous studies, the expression of PCDGF and VEGF protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma was much higher than that in adjacent normal tissues, and the protein expression of these two factors was related to some pathological factors. These results suggest that these two factors may also play an important role in the development and invasion of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. 2. The positive correlation between the expression of PCDGF and VEGF suggests that these two factors may play an important role in the pathogenesis, invasion and metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
