【摘要】：目的:觀察銀杏葉提取物聯(lián)合醋酸潑尼松對(duì)上呼吸道感染后嗅覺障礙(PVOD)患者的臨床治療效果。方法:將42例明確上呼吸道感染后出現(xiàn)嗅覺障礙,同時(shí)排除鼻腔阻塞因素的患者隨機(jī)分為兩組,分別給予醋酸潑尼松和醋酸潑尼松聯(lián)合銀杏葉提取物治療,在治療前及治療后1~3個(gè)月分別行TT嗅覺測(cè)試和Sniffin Sticks嗅覺測(cè)試,將治療前后嗅覺功能測(cè)試結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果:20例PVOD患者經(jīng)過醋酸潑尼松治療,TT嗅覺測(cè)試結(jié)果顯示5例(25.00%)患者嗅覺功能恢復(fù)正常,9例(45.00%)改善;Sniffin Sticks嗅覺測(cè)試結(jié)果顯示4例(20.00%)患者嗅覺功能恢復(fù)正常,10例(50.00%)改善。22例PVOD患者加用銀杏葉提取物治療,TT嗅覺測(cè)試結(jié)果顯示7例(31.82%)患者嗅覺功能恢復(fù)正常,11例(50.00%)改善;Sniffin Sticks嗅覺測(cè)試結(jié)果顯示6例(27.27%)患者嗅覺功能恢復(fù)正常,12例(54.55%)改善。結(jié)論:醋酸潑尼松和醋酸潑尼松聯(lián)合銀杏葉提取物對(duì)PVOD有治療效果。兩種方案的治療效果雖在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)上無明顯差異,但聯(lián)合銀杏葉提取物的治療效果有好于單獨(dú)使用醋酸潑尼松的趨勢(shì)。治療時(shí)間延長(zhǎng)有助于嗅覺功能的恢復(fù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of ginkgo biloba extract combined with prednisone acetate on patients with olfactory disorder PVODs after upper respiratory tract infection. Methods: Forty-two patients with olfactory disorder after upper respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into two groups: prednisone acetate and prednisone acetate combined with ginkgo biloba extract. TT olfactory test and Sniffin Sticks olfactory test were performed before treatment and 1 ~ 3 months after treatment. The results of olfactory function test before and after treatment were statistically analyzed. Results the olfactory test of 20 cases of PVOD treated with prednisone acetate showed that 5 cases had normal olfactory function, 9 cases had normal olfactory function and 9 cases had normal olfactory function. The results of olfactory test showed that 4 cases had normal olfactory function and 10 cases had normal olfactory function. The results of olfactory test of 22 patients with PVOD treated with Ginkgo biloba extract showed that 7 cases (31.82%) had normal olfactory function and 11 cases had normal olfactory function. The results of olfactory test showed that 6 cases (27.2727) patients had normal olfactory function and 12 cases (54.55%) had improved olfactory function. Conclusion: prednisone acetate and prednisone acetate combined with ginkgo biloba extract have therapeutic effect on PVOD. Although there was no statistical difference between the two schemes, the therapeutic effect of Ginkgo biloba extract combined with Ginkgo biloba extract was better than that of prednisone acetate alone. Prolonged treatment is helpful to the recovery of olfactory function.
