【摘要】：正乳突骨瘤在國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)中少有報(bào)道,大多數(shù)患者無明顯癥狀,當(dāng)骨瘤長大后可表現(xiàn)為患區(qū)腫痛。CT是診斷該疾病的金標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對骨瘤是否侵及面神經(jīng)等周圍重要結(jié)構(gòu)意義重大。當(dāng)骨瘤較大引起癥狀或者影響患者外觀時(shí),手術(shù)切除是其最佳治療方式。1臨床資料患者,女,55歲。因右耳后腫塊1年伴耳后脹痛3天人院。該患者于1年前無意中發(fā)現(xiàn)右耳硬性腫塊,漸進(jìn)增大但未就診,近半年腫塊增大明顯至鵪鶉蛋大小并伴有局部脹痛感,進(jìn)而入院手術(shù)治
[Abstract]:Orthomastoid osteoma is rarely reported in the literature at home and abroad. Most of the patients have no obvious symptoms. When the osteoma grows up, it is the golden standard for diagnosis of the disease by swelling and pain in the affected area. Ct is of great significance to whether the tumor invades the facial nerve and other peripheral structures.Surgical resection is the best treatment for osteoma.Due to the right ear after the lump 1 year with pain after the ear 3 days hospital.The patient inadvertently found a hard mass in the right ear one year ago, which gradually enlarged but did not see a doctor. In the last half a year, the mass was obviously enlarged to the size of quail eggs and accompanied by a feeling of local distension and pain, and was then admitted to hospital for surgical treatment.
