【摘要】：正我國于2002年制定并發(fā)表了《阻塞性睡眠呼吸暫停低通氣綜合征診治指南》~([1])。指南中對于阻塞性睡眠呼吸暫停低通氣綜合征(OSAHS)病情評估主要是依據(jù)呼吸暫停低通氣指數(shù)(AHI)將OSAHA病情分為輕、中、重度三個等級,比較簡單和粗糙。2012年修訂的《OSAHS診治指南》對于OSAHS患者病情評估做了一些修改和補(bǔ)充,提出以AHI檢測結(jié)果為主,同時兼顧脈搏血氧飽和度(SpO_2)~([2])。此后OSAHS患者病情的評估基本上是
[Abstract]:The guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAS) were formulated and published in China in 2002.The guidelines for the evaluation of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) are based on the apnea hypopnea index (AHII), which divides the OSAHA condition into three levels: mild, moderate and severe.The revised guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of OSAHS in 2012 made some modifications and supplements to the evaluation of the condition of patients with OSAHS. It was suggested that the test results of AHI should be used as the main test, and that the pulse oxygen saturation (SPO _ 2) should be taken into account at the same time ([2]).
