基于視頻眼震信號(hào)特征的前庭功能檢測(cè)模型研究

【摘要】:目的用眼動(dòng)視頻中的眼震信號(hào)特征進(jìn)行前庭功能檢測(cè),實(shí)現(xiàn)前庭功能檢測(cè)的信息化和客觀化。方法采用圖像處理方法對(duì)瞳孔進(jìn)行定位跟蹤,檢測(cè)出眼震信號(hào);再通過(guò)信號(hào)濾波、特征識(shí)別和提取得到眼震特征;然后以前庭眼動(dòng)反射生理功能為基礎(chǔ),建立眼震慢相信號(hào)與頭部角加速度關(guān)系的數(shù)學(xué)模型。結(jié)果通過(guò)最小二乘法的曲線擬合,證明所建立的眼震慢相信號(hào)與頭部角加速度關(guān)系的數(shù)學(xué)模型與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果具有較好擬合度。結(jié)論提取眼動(dòng)視頻的眼震信號(hào)特征并建立與頭部運(yùn)動(dòng)特征之間的關(guān)系模型,可用來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)前庭功能的客觀化和信息化檢測(cè)與評(píng)定。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect vestibular function by using the feature of nystagmus signal in eye movement video to realize the information and objectivity of vestibular function detection. Based on the physiological function of vestibular eye movement reflex, the mathematical model of the relationship between the nystagmus slow belief sign and the angular acceleration of the head is established. It is proved that the mathematical model of the relationship between the nystagmus slow belief sign and the angular acceleration of the head has a good fitting degree with the experimental results. Conclusion the nystagmus signal features of the eye movement video are extracted and the relationship model between the nystagmus signal and the head motion feature is established. It can be used to realize the objectivity of vestibular function and the information detection and evaluation.
