【摘要】：正白內(nèi)障是一種常見病、多發(fā)病,同時也是一種主要的致盲病,其致盲人數(shù)占全球盲人總數(shù)的一半。隨著中國人口老齡化步伐的加快,白內(nèi)障的發(fā)病率仍有逐年增加的趨勢,嚴(yán)重影響了患者的生活質(zhì)量[1-2]。截止到目前為止,手術(shù)仍是治療白內(nèi)障最有效的方法[3]。白內(nèi)障的手術(shù)方式有很多種,隨著手術(shù)器械和技術(shù)的改進(jìn),白內(nèi)障超聲乳化術(shù)因具有手術(shù)切口小、手術(shù)效果好、手術(shù)時間短、術(shù)后視力恢復(fù)快等優(yōu)點(diǎn)迅速在中國得以推廣和普及[4]。
[Abstract]:Positive cataract is a common disease, frequent disease, but also a major cause of blindness, its blind people account for half of the total number of blind people in the world. With the accelerated pace of population aging in China, the incidence of cataracts is still increasing year by year. Up to now, surgery is still the most effective method to treat cataract. There are many kinds of cataract surgical methods, with the improvement of surgical instruments and techniques, Phacoemulsification has been popularized in China because of its advantages such as small incision, good operation effect, short operation time and quick recovery of postoperative visual acuity.
