【摘要】：目的評價選擇性Rho激酶抑制劑鹽酸法舒地爾對離體豬眼、兔眼及牛眼的房水流暢系數(shù)的影響。方法在15 mmHg(1 k Pa=7.5 mm Hg)恒壓灌注條件下,先記錄離體豬眼、兔眼及牛眼的基線房水流暢系數(shù)(C0),然后隨機將眼球分為對照組及實驗組,每組6只,對照組使用GPBS、實驗組使用100μmol·L-1鹽酸法舒地爾溶液繼續(xù)灌注,記錄實驗房水流暢系數(shù)(C1),并計算房水流暢系數(shù)增加值ΔC(ΔC=C1-C0)及房水流暢系數(shù)增加百分比ΔC%(ΔC%=ΔC/C0),利用SPSS 17.0進行配對t檢驗及單因素方差分析。結(jié)果豬眼對照組、實驗組的ΔC%分別為(17.83±3.84)%、(44.00±6.44)%;牛眼對照組、實驗組的ΔC%分別為(11.67±1.17)%、(37.17±4.84)%;兔眼對照組、實驗組的ΔC%分別為(15.50±2.93)%、(31.67±6.54)%,三種動物眼的實驗組ΔC%較對照組均明顯增加,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(均為P0.05)。三種不同動物離體眼實驗組的ΔC%之間差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(F=1.064,P=0.370)。結(jié)論鹽酸法舒地爾可以增加不同種類離體動物眼房水流暢系數(shù),其作用可能是通過調(diào)節(jié)小梁房水流出道的細(xì)胞及基質(zhì)骨架結(jié)構(gòu),重新分布房水引流到一個更廣泛的區(qū)域而發(fā)揮增加房水流暢系數(shù)的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of fasudil hydrochloride, a selective Rho kinase inhibitor, on the flow coefficient of aqueous humor in pig eyes, rabbit eyes and bovine eyes in vitro. Methods under the condition of constant pressure perfusion of 15 mmHg(1 k Pa=7.5 mmHg, isolated pig eyes were first recorded. The baseline aqueous fluid fluency coefficient of rabbit eyes and bovine eyes was determined. Then the eyes were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 6 rats in each group. The control group was given GPBs, and the experimental group was perfused with 100 渭 mol 路L ~ (-1) flasudil hydrochloride solution. The fluency coefficient of aqueous humor was recorded, and the increment value 螖 C (螖 C _ (1) C _ (0)) and the percentage 螖 C _ (10) (螖 C = 螖 C / C _ (0)) were calculated. SPSS 17.0 was used for paired t test and single factor analysis of variance (ANOVA). The 螖 C% of the experimental group was 17.83 鹵3.84 鹵44.00 鹵6.44, the 螖 C% of the experimental group was 11.67 鹵1.17 and 37.17 鹵4.84, the 螖 C% of the experimental group was 15.50 鹵2.933,31.67 鹵6.54, and the 螖 C% of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in 螖 C% between the experimental groups of three different animals in vitro. Conclusion Faxudil hydrochloride can increase the fluency coefficient of aqueous humor in different kinds of isolated animals. Its function may be to increase the flow coefficient of aqueous humor by regulating the cellular and matrix skeleton structure of the trabecular chamber and redistributing the aqueous humor to a wider area.
