【摘要】：目的探究香菊膠囊聯(lián)合氮卓斯汀治療過(guò)敏性鼻炎的臨床療效。方法選取2014年8月—2015年8月首都醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬北京潞河醫(yī)院耳鼻喉科收治的過(guò)敏性鼻炎患者216例,根據(jù)不同的治療方案分對(duì)照組和治療組,每組各108例。對(duì)照組給予鹽酸氮卓斯汀鼻噴霧劑,每側(cè)鼻孔1噴/次,2次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服香菊膠囊,3粒/次,3次/d。兩組均連續(xù)治療1個(gè)月。觀察兩組的臨床療效,同時(shí)比較兩組患者的癥狀評(píng)分和血清學(xué)指標(biāo)的情況。結(jié)果治療后,對(duì)照組和治療組的總有效率分別為85.19%、93.52%,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療后,兩組患者打噴嚏、流涕、鼻塞、鼻癢及總分均顯著降低,同組治療前后差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療后,兩組患者IL-12、IFN-γ水平顯著升高,而IL-4、IL-10、Ig E水平顯著降低,同組治療前后差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論香菊膠囊聯(lián)合氮卓斯汀治療過(guò)敏性鼻炎具有較好的臨床療效,可緩解臨床癥狀,提高機(jī)體的免疫能力,具有一定臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of Xiangju capsule combined with azobrostine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods from August 2014 to August 2015, allergic rhinitis in the department of otolaryngology, Beijing Luhe Hospital, Capital Medical University was selected. 216 cases of rhinitis. According to different treatment schemes, each group was divided into control group and treatment group with 108 cases in each group. The control group was given azostidine hydrochloride nasal spray once a time in each side of nostril. 2 / d. The treatment group took 3 capsules of Xiangju capsule / 3 times per day on the basis of the control group. The two groups were treated continuously for 1 month. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed. Results after treatment, the total effective rates of the control group and the treatment group were 85.19% and 93.52%, respectively. After treatment, the two groups of patients sneeze, runny, nasal congestion, nasal itching and total score significantly decreased. The difference before and after treatment in the same group was statistically significant (P 0.05). The improvement of these indexes in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). After treatment, the level of IL-12 and IFN- 緯 increased significantly in the two groups. The level of IL-10 Ig E in the same group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). The improvement of these indexes in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group. Conclusion Xiangju capsule combined with azobrostine has a good clinical effect on allergic rhinitis, can alleviate clinical symptoms and improve the immune ability of the body. It has certain clinical popularization and application value.
