【摘要】：目的：比較不同年齡階段視神經(jīng)炎的臨床特點(diǎn)是否有差異及糖皮質(zhì)激素治療安全性。方法：收集2003年1月---2014年3月在廣西醫(yī)科大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院眼科中心就診及確診為視神經(jīng)炎患者的臨床資料。根據(jù)聯(lián)合國世界衛(wèi)生組織與中國標(biāo)準(zhǔn)按年齡分段分為兩組：青年組(18歲～44歲)和中老年組(44歲),回顧分析及了解兩組的一般臨床特點(diǎn)。結(jié)果：本研究項(xiàng)目最后納入有184例(268只眼)的視神經(jīng)炎患者。與青年組比較,中老年組視盤水腫比率低(24.8%vs 7.8%,P=0.010),腦室周圍脫髓鞘樣斑塊比率高(7.5% vs 21.6%,P=0.007)。青年組及中老年組研究其他結(jié)果顯示：性別(P=0.379),眼別(P=0.796),眼疼痛(P=0.853),診斷為多發(fā)性硬化(P=0.799),就診時(shí)間(P=0.773),住院時(shí)間(P=0.533),激素藥物分組(P=0.134)兩組無顯著性差異。中老年組的激素副作用發(fā)生比例較青年組高(P0.001)結(jié)論：這項(xiàng)研究表明中老年組與青年組視神經(jīng)炎臨床特征基本相似,中老年患者用激素沖擊是安全的,但是需要注意監(jiān)測(cè)激素副作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the clinical characteristics and the safety of glucocorticoid in the treatment of optic neuritis at different ages. The clinical data of patients with optic neuritis were collected from January 2003 to March 2014 in the Eye Center of the first affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University. According to the United Nations World Health Organization and Chinese standards. Divided into two groups according to age:. Youth Section (. 18 years old to 44 years old) and middle and old age group to 44 years old). Results: 184 cases (268 eyes) with optic neuritis were included in this study. In the middle and old age group, the optic disc edema rate was 24. 8% vs 7. 8%, and the ratio of periventricular demyelinating plaques was 7. 5% vs 21.6%. Other results of the study in the young group and the middle and old age group were as follows: sex was 0.379, eye pain was 0.796, eye pain was P0.853). Conclusion: this study shows that the clinical features of optic neuritis in the middle and old age group are basically similar. It is safe to use hormone shock in middle-aged patients, but it is necessary to monitor hormone side effects.
