【摘要】：目的利用角膜地形圖測量翼狀胬肉頭部至角膜中心的距離與胬肉術前術后角膜屈光變化的關系。方法對76例(76眼)全部為鼻側翼狀胬肉術前術后(3~12個月)使用角膜地形圖進行檢測,并進行統(tǒng)計學分析。結果角膜地形圖檢查平均散光,翼頭至角膜中心的距離≤1 mm術前為3.98 D,≤2 mm 3.81 D,≤3 mm 2.52 D,≤4 mm 1.41 D,≤5 mm 0.68 D,術前平均散光(4.66±3.02)D,術后散光(3.04±2.12)D,表明術后較術前散光減少,差異有顯著統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論此測量方法更能準確地反映出翼狀胬肉對角膜屈光的影響,說明翼頭距角膜中心越近,影響越大。
[Abstract]:Objective to measure the relationship between the distance from the head of pterygium to the corneal center and the corneal refractive changes before and after pterygium.
