【摘要】：目的:應(yīng)用間歇性外斜視患者生存質(zhì)量量表(intermittent exotropia questionnaire,IXTQ)研究間歇性外斜視患兒的生存質(zhì)量狀態(tài),評(píng)估斜視手術(shù)對(duì)其生存質(zhì)量的改善情況。方法:本研究為前瞻性研究。選擇5~17歲的42例間歇性外斜視患兒作為病例組,另外選擇非間歇性外斜視患兒42例為對(duì)照組,采用中文版間歇性外斜視患者生存質(zhì)量量表進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,分別比較病例組和對(duì)照組兒童、間歇性外斜視患兒術(shù)前1d與術(shù)后3mo以及對(duì)照組與病例組患兒術(shù)后3mo的Child IXTQ評(píng)分,分析生存質(zhì)量差異以及手術(shù)對(duì)其生存質(zhì)量的改善情況。結(jié)果:對(duì)照組兒童Child IXTQ各維度評(píng)分及總評(píng)分都明顯高于病例組患兒,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01);除了條目"小伙伴們因?yàn)槲业难劬θ⌒ξ?和"我因?yàn)檠劬τX(jué)得交朋友很難"無(wú)顯著性統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異外(P0.05),各條目比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);病例組術(shù)后3mo各維度評(píng)分及總評(píng)分都明顯高于術(shù)前1d,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01);術(shù)后患兒Child IXTQ各維度評(píng)分及總評(píng)分仍低于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:間歇性外斜視從視覺(jué)功能和社會(huì)心理兩個(gè)方面影響患兒的生存質(zhì)量,其中視覺(jué)功能影響相對(duì)較大,最顯著的問(wèn)題是畏光及調(diào)整眼位,而他人嘲笑、交朋友方面影響較小。斜視手術(shù)有助于改善間歇性外斜視患兒的生存質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective: application of QOL intermittent exotropia (intermittent exotropia questionnaire, IXTQ table) state of quality of life of intermittent exotropia, the improvement of the quality assessment of strabismus surgery on its survival. Methods: This study was a prospective study. 42 cases of intermittent exotropia aged 5~17 as case group, another choice non intermittent exotropia of 42 patients in the control group, the amount of Chinese version of quality of life in patients with intermittent exotropia were investigated, respectively between case group and control group of children with intermittent exotropia, preoperative 1D and postoperative 3Mo and control group and case group postoperative 3Mo Child IXTQ score, improvement analysis the differences of quality of life and quality of life of the operation. Results: the dimensions of control group of children with Child IXTQ scores and total scores were significantly higher than that in case group, the difference was statistically Statistically significant (P0.01); in addition to entry "buddies because my eyes make fun of me" and "my eyes felt it hard to make friends because" no significant significant difference (P0.05), the difference was statistically significant for each item (P0.05); postoperative 3Mo score and the total score of each dimension 1D are significantly higher than before, the difference was statistically significant (P0.01); dimensions in children with Child IXTQ score and total score after surgery is still lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: intermittent exotropia from two aspects of visual function and social psychological impact on quality of life of children, which affect the relative visual function the larger, the most significant problem is photophobia and adjust the eye position, while others laugh, make friends less effect. The quality of life of strabismus surgery helps improve children with intermittent exotropia.
