【摘要】：目的探討Survivin蛋白在喉鱗癌組織中的表達(dá)及其臨床意義。方法采用免疫組織化學(xué)法分別檢測(cè)2015年1月至2009年12月收治的50例喉鱗癌患者鱗癌組織、癌旁組織、正常喉黏膜組織中Survivin的表達(dá)水平,結(jié)合臨床資料和隨訪(fǎng)資料分析其與臨床病理特征的關(guān)系。結(jié)果喉鱗癌組織中Survivin的表達(dá)顯著高于癌旁組織和正常喉黏膜組織。在喉癌組織中,Survivin的表達(dá)率在不同年齡、性別、原發(fā)部位中比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P均0.05);在TNM不同分期及不同分化級(jí)別中表達(dá)率也相近(P均0.05)。反映Survivin表達(dá)強(qiáng)度的陽(yáng)性指數(shù)(IP)分別隨喉鱗癌TNM分期和分化級(jí)別的增高而上升,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P均0.05)。Survivin的表達(dá)率和表達(dá)張度在有無(wú)淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移與生存是否≥5年中比較差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05,P0.01)。結(jié)論 Survivin可作為臨床診斷喉鱗癌的重要參考指標(biāo)之一,對(duì)判斷喉鱗癌淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移及預(yù)后更具指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of Survivin protein in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) and its clinical significance. Squamous cell carcinoma in cancer patients. The expression of Survivin in adjacent tissues and normal laryngeal mucosa. Results the expression of Survivin in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues and normal laryngeal mucosa tissues. There was no significant difference in the expression rate of Survivin in different age, sex and primary site (P < 0.05). The expression rates of TNM in different stages and different differentiation grades were similar (P < 0.05). The positive index reflecting the intensity of Survivin expression was identified. The TNM stage and differentiation grade of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma increased respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
