目的:探討并趾分離術(shù)后發(fā)生的切口瘢痕疙瘩與并連足趾肥大畸形的相關(guān)性。方法:回顧性分析2011年01月至2016年01月我科行并趾分離術(shù)的253例患兒的臨床資料,調(diào)查患兒術(shù)前足趾形態(tài)、并連程度、手術(shù)方式、術(shù)后切口愈合情況以及術(shù)后瘢痕情況,利用SPSS 22.0軟件分析術(shù)前足趾形態(tài)、并連程度、手術(shù)方式、術(shù)后切口愈合情況與并趾術(shù)后瘢痕疙瘩發(fā)生的相關(guān)性。并對10例術(shù)前伴有并連足趾肥大畸形的患兒進(jìn)行前瞻性研究,以進(jìn)一步驗證二者的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果:回顧性分析中:術(shù)后發(fā)生瘢痕疙瘩共8例,均為且僅為術(shù)前伴并連足趾肥大者,均為完全性并趾,手術(shù)均有植皮,而所有病例植皮供區(qū)均無瘢痕疙瘩發(fā)生。術(shù)后瘢痕疙瘩的發(fā)生在伴有術(shù)前并連足趾肥大、完全性并趾以及手術(shù)有植皮方面,組間差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;在切口愈合方面,組間差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P>0.05）。前瞻性研究中:4個并連的正常大小的足趾中,1個足趾分離后創(chuàng)面植皮,完全未發(fā)生瘢痕疙瘩,其余3個足趾利用肥大足趾轉(zhuǎn)移來的皮膚覆蓋創(chuàng)面未植皮,轉(zhuǎn)移皮瓣處有輕度瘢痕疙瘩,足趾其余區(qū)域無瘢痕疙瘩。17個術(shù)前伴肥大畸形的足趾,無論植皮與否,是否并連完全,術(shù)后均發(fā)...
