【摘要】：腹橫肌平面阻滯(TAPB)可減輕腹部手術(shù)患者的術(shù)后疼痛,減少阿片類藥物的使用,在臨床上可廣泛應(yīng)用于肝臟、膽管、胃腸道以及盆腔等腹部手術(shù)后的輔助鎮(zhèn)痛。傳統(tǒng)的TAPB依靠對神經(jīng)走行解剖特點(diǎn)和體表定位標(biāo)志來進(jìn)行,對個人操作經(jīng)驗要求很高,成功率受到嚴(yán)重限制。而超聲輔助技術(shù)引入后,對提高TAPB的準(zhǔn)確性和安全性具有很大的幫助,操作者訓(xùn)練周期大大縮短,準(zhǔn)確率也有顯著提高。
[Abstract]:Horizontal abdominal muscle block (TAPB) can relieve postoperative pain and reduce the use of opioids in patients undergoing abdominal surgery. It can be widely used in liver, bile duct, gastrointestinal tract and pelvic abdominal surgery to assist analgesia. The traditional TAPB relies on the anatomical characteristics of nerve walking and body surface localization marks, which requires high personal operation experience and severely limits the success rate. After the introduction of ultrasonic assisted technology, it is of great help to improve the accuracy and safety of TAPB, the training cycle of operators is greatly shortened, and the accuracy is also significantly improved.
