【摘要】：[目的]探討掌側(cè)鎖定鋼板治療Buttazzoni B2型橈骨遠(yuǎn)端骨折的療效。[方法]采用掌側(cè)鎖定鋼板內(nèi)固定治療Buttazzoni B2型橈骨遠(yuǎn)端骨折患者127例(青年組28例,中年組36例,老年組63例),隨訪并動(dòng)態(tài)測(cè)量掌傾角、尺偏角、橈骨莖突高度、尺骨變異等影像學(xué)指標(biāo)的變化,以評(píng)估骨折再移位的情況。術(shù)后12個(gè)月行腕關(guān)節(jié)功能評(píng)分(DASH評(píng)分和Gartland和Werley評(píng)分)。[結(jié)果]術(shù)后第12個(gè)月隨訪測(cè)量的尺偏角、掌傾角、尺骨變異和橈骨莖突高度分別為(21.20±3.50)°、(4.97±7.54)°、(0.33±1.14)mm和(12.71±3.85)mm,相較于術(shù)后24 h測(cè)量的影像學(xué)指標(biāo)差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。橈骨莖突高度:老年組患者短縮值高于中、青年組患者(P=0.044和P=0.049)。DASH評(píng)分平均12.2分,各年齡組間差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,Gartland和Werley評(píng)分均達(dá)到優(yōu)(74例)或良(53例)。[結(jié)論]掌側(cè)鎖定鋼板可以為Buttazzoni B2型橈骨遠(yuǎn)端骨折提供良好的穩(wěn)定性,并獲得滿意的功能預(yù)后。
[Abstract]:[objective] to investigate the efficacy of palmar locking plate in the treatment of Buttazzoni B2 distal radius fracture. [methods] 127 patients with Buttazzoni B2 distal radius fracture were treated with metacarpal locking plate internal fixation (young group 28 cases, middle age group 36 cases, elderly group 63 cases). The changes of metacarpal inclination angle, ulna deviation angle, height of styloid process of radius and variation of ulna were measured dynamically to evaluate the redisplacement of fracture. Wrist function score (DASH score and Gartland and Werley score) was performed 12 months after operation. [results] at the 12th month after operation, the ulna deviation angle, metacarpal inclination angle, ulna variation and radius styloid height were (21.20 鹵3.50) 擄, (4.97 鹵7.54) 擄, (0.33 鹵1.14) mm and (12.71 鹵3.85) mm, respectively, which were not significantly different from those measured at 24 hours after operation.
