【摘要】：目的評(píng)價(jià)腹腔鏡經(jīng)腹腔腹膜前疝修補(bǔ)(TAPP)術(shù)治療腹股溝復(fù)發(fā)疝的安全性及有效性。方法回顧性分析2013年1月至2015年12月在遵義醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬醫(yī)院行手術(shù)治療的46例腹股溝復(fù)發(fā)疝患者臨床資料,分為TAPP組及開(kāi)放式網(wǎng)塞填充式無(wú)張力修補(bǔ)術(shù)(RR)組。比較兩組術(shù)中出血量、手術(shù)時(shí)間、術(shù)后術(shù)區(qū)疼痛、術(shù)后住院時(shí)間、住院費(fèi)用、術(shù)后血清腫發(fā)生及術(shù)后3月復(fù)發(fā)情況。結(jié)果兩組在手術(shù)時(shí)間、術(shù)中出血量、術(shù)后住院時(shí)間、術(shù)后血清腫及術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)率方面比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);術(shù)后術(shù)區(qū)疼痛TAPP組低于RR組(P0.05),住院費(fèi)用高于RR組(P0.05)。結(jié)論 TAPP術(shù)治療腹股溝復(fù)發(fā)疝是安全有效的,術(shù)后術(shù)區(qū)疼痛并發(fā)癥少,但費(fèi)用偏高。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the safety and efficacy of laparoscopic retroperitoneal hernia repair (TAPP) in the treatment of recurrent inguinal hernia. Methods the clinical data of 46 patients with recurrent inguinal hernia treated surgically in the affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical College from January 2013 to December 2015 were analyzed retrospectively. they were divided into TAPP group and open mesh tamponade tension-free repair group (RR) group. The amount of intraoperative bleeding, operation time, postoperative pain, postoperative hospitalization time, hospitalization cost, postoperative serum swelling and recurrence were compared between the two groups. Results there was no significant difference in operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative hospitalization time, postoperative serum swelling and postoperative recurrence rate between the two groups (P 0.05), but the postoperative pain in TAPP group was lower than that in RR group (P 0.05), and the hospitalization cost was higher than that in RR group (P 0.05). Conclusion TAPP is safe and effective in the treatment of recurrent inguinal hernia.
