【摘要】：目的探討右美托咪定在子宮切除術(shù)患者中使用對其血流動力學(xué)的影響。方法本次研究對象來源于我院婦科2015年10月—2016年10月收治的子宮切除術(shù)患者90例,隨機分成兩組,其中對照組(n=45)術(shù)中應(yīng)用等容量生理鹽水,觀察組(n=45)應(yīng)用右美托咪定,比較兩組血流動力學(xué)改變情況。結(jié)果觀察組觀察組T1~3時刻HR、MAP與T0時刻對比P0.05,且觀察組T1、T2時刻HR與MAP明顯低于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論右美托咪定在子宮切除術(shù)患者中應(yīng)用可穩(wěn)定其血流動力學(xué),值得推廣。
