槐耳顆粒聯(lián)合化療對乳腺癌患者術(shù)后機(jī)體免疫功能的影響

【摘要】:目的:探討槐耳顆粒聯(lián)合化療對乳腺癌患者術(shù)后外周血細(xì)胞免疫功能的影響。方法:將90例乳腺癌術(shù)后患者隨機(jī)分為兩組,分別采用FEC(CTX0.6/m~2,d1,EPI100 mg/m~2,d1,5-Fu0.5/m~2,d1)方案化療和槐耳顆粒聯(lián)合FEC方案治療,化療后對患者免疫功能進(jìn)行評價。結(jié)果:觀察組治療后外周血NK細(xì)胞、CD_3~+、CD_4~+、CD_4~+/CD_8~+比值較治療前明顯升高(P0.05),而對照組NK細(xì)胞、CD_3~+、CD_4~+、CD_4~+/CD_8~+比值較治療前降低(P0.05)。觀察組治療后KPS評分提高率高于對照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:槐耳顆粒作為乳腺癌術(shù)后患者化療的輔助性用藥,能增強(qiáng)機(jī)體免疫功能,提高患者生活質(zhì)量,值得臨床進(jìn)一步觀察。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of Huaier granule combined with chemotherapy on immune function of peripheral blood cells in patients with breast cancer. Methods: 90 patients with breast cancer were randomly divided into two groups. They were treated with FEC (CTX0.6/m~2,d1,EPI100 mg/m~2,d1,5-Fu0.5/m~2,d1) regimen and Huoer granule combined with FEC regimen, respectively. The immune function of the patients was evaluated after chemotherapy. Results: after treatment, the NK cells, CD_3~, CD_4~, CD_4~ / CD_8~ ratio of peripheral blood in observation group were significantly higher than those before treatment (P0.05), while NK cells, CD_3~, CD_4~ in control group were significantly higher than those before treatment (P0.05). The ratio of CD_4~ / CD_8~ was lower than that before treatment (P0.05). The improvement rate of KPS score after treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: Huoer granule, as a supplementary drug for postoperative chemotherapy of breast cancer patients, can enhance the immune function and improve the quality of life of the patients, which is worthy of further clinical observation.
