【摘要】：目的探討經(jīng)脛前靜脈途徑多介入模式聯(lián)合治療急性下肢深靜脈血栓(DVT)的療效。方法回顧性分析10例急性DVT患者臨床及影像學(xué)資料,并復(fù)習(xí)相關(guān)文獻,分析其介入治療過程。結(jié)果 10例DVT患者均在臨時性下腔靜脈濾器保護下同期行機械血栓清除,7例血栓清除率達Ⅲ級,3例達Ⅱ級。7例行狹窄髂靜脈成形治療,5例同期行濾器取出,其余4例行二期行濾器取出,1例放棄濾器取出。術(shù)后患肢腫脹明顯緩解,無手術(shù)相關(guān)并發(fā)癥發(fā)生。住院時間4~7天,平均(6.00±0.94)天�；颊唠S訪時間1~6個月,平均(3.60±1.84)個月,隨訪期內(nèi)無病變血管管腔血栓復(fù)發(fā)。結(jié)論經(jīng)脛前靜脈途徑治療急性DVT操作簡便、安全、有效,聯(lián)合機械血栓清除裝置可快速減輕血栓負荷,同期予以狹窄血管球囊或支架成形術(shù)可鞏固治療效果,縮短總治療時間。
