【摘要】：目的觀察舒芬太尼注射液聯(lián)合七氟烷吸入劑用于老年腹部手術(shù)的臨床療效和安全性。方法將72例老年腹部手術(shù)患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組36例和試驗(yàn)組36例。對(duì)照組予以0.04 L·min~(-1)七氟烷混合6 L·min~(-1)純氧,面罩吸入20~30 s;試驗(yàn)組在對(duì)照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上,予以0.4~0.5μg·kg~(-1)舒芬太尼注射液,靜脈滴注,20~30 s。比較2組患者的簡易智能精神狀態(tài)檢查量表(MMSE)評(píng)分和藥物不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果應(yīng)答后1,6,12 h,試驗(yàn)組的MMSE分別為(23.19±2.52),(25.29±2.83)和(28.39±2.99)分,對(duì)照組的MMSE分別為(20.10±2.10),(21.39±2.39)和(24.20±2.53)分,2組比較差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。試驗(yàn)組發(fā)生的藥物不良反應(yīng)以高熱、頭痛和肌肉僵硬為主,對(duì)照組發(fā)生的藥物不良反應(yīng)以惡心嘔吐、高熱和腹瀉為主。試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組的總藥物不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率分別為8.33%和11.11%,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論舒芬太尼注射液聯(lián)合七氟烷吸入劑用于老年腹部手術(shù)的臨床療效確切,且不增加藥物不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生率。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the efficacy and safety of sufentanil injection combined with sevoflurane inhalation in elderly patients undergoing abdominal surgery. Methods 72 elderly patients undergoing abdominal surgery were randomly divided into control group (n = 36) and trial group (n = 36). In the control group, 0.04 L min~ (-1) sevoflurane was mixed with 6 L min~ (-1) pure oxygen, and the mask was inhaled for 2030 s. On the basis of treatment in control group, 0.4 渭 g kg~ (-1) sufentanil was injected intravenously for 20 ~ 30 s. The (MMSE) scores and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups. Results MMSE was (23.19 鹵2.52), (25.29 鹵2.83) and (28.39 鹵2.99) in the experimental group and (20.10 鹵2.10), (鹵2.39) and (24.20 鹵2.53) in the control group, respectively. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P0.05). The adverse drug reactions in the test group were high fever, headache and muscle stiffness, while in the control group, nausea and vomiting, high fever and diarrhea were the main adverse drug reactions. The incidence of total adverse drug reactions in the test group and the control group were 8.33% and 11.11%, respectively, with no significant difference (P0.05). Conclusion Sufentanil injection combined with sevoflurane inhalation is effective for abdominal surgery in the elderly and does not increase the incidence of adverse drug reactions.
