【摘要】：目的:探討使用點對點圖像配準(zhǔn)技術(shù)虛擬膝關(guān)節(jié)單髁置換術(shù)的可行性,為該方法的拓展應(yīng)用及優(yōu)化手術(shù)提供試驗依據(jù)。方法:選取在本院行膝關(guān)節(jié)單髁置換術(shù)(UKA)的膝關(guān)節(jié)內(nèi)側(cè)間室骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎患者為研究對象,基于膝關(guān)節(jié)MRI及CT掃描數(shù)據(jù)構(gòu)建單髁置換術(shù)后膝關(guān)節(jié)三維模型,使用點對點配準(zhǔn)技術(shù)完成虛擬假體置換操作及建立有限元模型,分析虛擬置換術(shù)后膝關(guān)節(jié)運動學(xué)變化。結(jié)果:使用點對點圖像配準(zhǔn)技術(shù)建立了完整的單髁置換術(shù)后膝關(guān)節(jié)三維模型,其運動學(xué)變化趨勢與傳統(tǒng)分析法相似。結(jié)論:點對點圖像配準(zhǔn)技術(shù)可準(zhǔn)確完成虛擬手術(shù),較傳統(tǒng)方法更為簡便,值得推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the feasibility of virtual single condylar knee arthroplasty with point-to-point image registration technique, and to provide experimental basis for the expansion of the method and the optimization of surgery. Methods: the patients with osteoarthritis of medial compartment of knee joint who underwent single condylar knee replacement (UKA) in our hospital were selected as study objects. The three dimensional model of knee joint after single condylar replacement was constructed based on MRI and CT scanning data. The point-to-point registration technique was used to complete the virtual prosthesis replacement and the finite element model was established to analyze the kinematic changes of knee joint after virtual replacement. Results: a complete 3D model of knee joint was established using point-to-point image registration technique. The kinematics trend of the model was similar to that of traditional analysis. Conclusion: the point-to-point image registration technique is more convenient than the traditional method and is worth popularizing.
