【摘要】：骨關(guān)節(jié)炎(osteoarthritis,OA)是發(fā)生于關(guān)節(jié)的慢性退行性疾病,其患病率在風(fēng)濕性疾病中居于首位,一直是困擾風(fēng)濕科及骨科醫(yī)師的重要難題,所以深入研究OA的危險(xiǎn)因素和發(fā)病機(jī)制顯得尤為重要,但目前國(guó)內(nèi)關(guān)于OA的臨床研究設(shè)計(jì)多局限于橫斷面研究,難以闡述疾病發(fā)生發(fā)展的因果關(guān)系。本文對(duì)國(guó)際上有關(guān)OA的隊(duì)列研究文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行總結(jié)和分析,闡述其研究?jī)?nèi)容、方法設(shè)計(jì)以及各自的特點(diǎn),旨在提高對(duì)OA隊(duì)列研究的重視,也為進(jìn)一步開(kāi)展OA隊(duì)列研究提供方法參考。
[Abstract]:Osteoarthritis (OA) is a chronic degenerative disease of the joint. The prevalence of OA is the first in the rheumatic disease, and it has been an important problem for the rheumatology department and the orthopedic surgeon, so it is very important to study the risk factors and the pathogenesis of OA. However, the clinical research and design of OA in China are limited to the cross-sectional study, and it is difficult to explain the cause and effect of the development of the disease. This paper makes a summary and analysis of the literature of the research on the queue of OA in the world, and expounds the contents, methods and characteristics of the research, and aims at improving the importance of the research on OA queue, and also provides a reference for further research on OA queue.
