【摘要】：由于人工檢閱自動化三維乳腺超聲(ABUS)圖像極其耗時,而且極易出現(xiàn)對微弱異常區(qū)域的漏診.為了提高ABUS圖像檢閱效率并減少漏診,提出一套基于ABUS圖像的輕量型切口疝補片計算機輔助檢測與評估算法.算法首先使用紋理特征萃取算法自動量化提取三維感興趣容積中的待分類區(qū)域的相關(guān)紋理特征參數(shù),以便用于對補片和筋膜的區(qū)分;然后,針對二維紋理參數(shù)對切口疝補片術(shù)后卷曲、收縮等空間變換較為敏感的問題,引入三維紋理參數(shù)和三維位置參數(shù)來提高輕量型補片分類識別算法的魯棒性;最后,使用類間距算法和順序前進搜索法來進行特征選擇,并使用支持向量機進行分類識別.算法可有效降低人工閱片的工作強度,輔助醫(yī)生識別ABUS掃描區(qū)域內(nèi)有無輕量型補片,并對補片相關(guān)診斷項目做出輔助評估.
[Abstract]:Due to the time consuming of automatic 3D ultrasound (ABUS) images, it is easy to misdiagnose the weak abnormal areas. In order to improve the efficiency of ABUS image inspection and reduce missed diagnosis, a set of computer-aided detection and evaluation algorithm for light incision herniation patch based on ABUS image was proposed. Firstly, the texture feature extraction algorithm is used to automatically extract the relevant texture feature parameters of the region to be classified in the three-dimensional volume of interest in order to distinguish the patch from the fascia. Then, aiming at the problem that two-dimensional texture parameters are more sensitive to space transformation such as crimp and contraction after incision herniation, 3D texture parameters and 3D position parameters are introduced to improve the robustness of the classification and recognition algorithm of lightweight patch. Finally, feature selection is carried out using class spacing algorithm and sequential forward search method, and support vector machine is used for classification and recognition. The algorithm can effectively reduce the working intensity of manual film reading, assist doctors to identify whether there are lightweight patches in the ABUS scan area, and make an auxiliary evaluation of the diagnostic items related to the patch.
