【摘要】：目的探討頸椎病患者是否為胃食管反流病(gastroesophageal reflux disease,GERD)的高發(fā)人群。方法 321例經(jīng)臨床及磁共振診斷為頸椎病的患者作為頸椎病組,同期選取249名健康體檢者作為對照組,進行RDQ評分問卷調(diào)查,比較頸椎病組及對照組的RDQ評分及GERD發(fā)生率差異是否有統(tǒng)計學意義,頸痛程度與RDQ評分是否相關(guān),并對可能危險因素及頸椎病分型情況進行統(tǒng)計學分析。結(jié)果頸椎病組RDQ評分明顯高于對照組(P0.05);以RDQ評分≥12分作為GERD評判標準,頸椎病組GERD 43例(13.4%),對照組GERD 17例(6.8%),頸椎病組GERD發(fā)生率明顯高于對照組(P0.05);不同頸痛程度組間RDQ評分差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);各型頸椎病中,交感神經(jīng)型發(fā)生GERD的風險明顯高于其他各型(P0.05);頸椎病合并GERD的危險因素主要為女性、非甾體抗炎藥和精神心理因素。結(jié)論頸椎病患者發(fā)生GERD的風險較高,且以交感神經(jīng)型最為顯著。女性、藥物和精神心理因素是頸椎病合并GERD的主要危險因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate whether cervical spondylopathy is a high risk group of gastroesophageal reflux disease (gastroesophageal reflux disease,GERD). Methods 321 patients with cervical spondylosis diagnosed by clinical and magnetic resonance imaging were selected as the cervical spondylopathy group and 249 healthy persons as the control group. The RDQ scores were investigated by questionnaire. The RDQ score and GERD incidence of cervical spondylopathy group and control group were compared. The degree of cervical pain was correlated with RDQ score. The possible risk factors and the classification of cervical spondylopathy were analyzed statistically.
