小口徑人工血管置換手術(shù)的兔實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)P蜆?gòu)建

【摘要】:目的構(gòu)建出能夠更好的模擬冠心病搭橋術(shù)后橋血管血流動(dòng)力學(xué)改變的動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)P汀7椒?16只新西蘭大白兔隨機(jī)分為兩組。利用4 mm內(nèi)徑,長度為3 cm的膨體聚四氟乙烯血管置換兔的腹主動(dòng)脈,切口位置分別選擇在腹主中下1/3切口和下腹部切口,對(duì)比兩組動(dòng)物的基本情況、手術(shù)的時(shí)間、需要結(jié)扎的側(cè)支血管數(shù)量、術(shù)中大出血的幾率、術(shù)后血管吻合后的波動(dòng)情況及血管通暢幾率,并完善手術(shù)的注意事項(xiàng)和術(shù)后的動(dòng)物處理方法等。結(jié)果兩組動(dòng)物在體質(zhì)量,腹主動(dòng)脈直徑無明顯差異(P0.05)。在手術(shù)時(shí)間方面,選擇切口在中下1/3組有一增長的趨勢,但無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。切口選擇在腹部中下1/3組在需要結(jié)扎的分支血管數(shù)量少于下腹部切口組,術(shù)后血管兩端吻合口波動(dòng)良好的比率大于下腹部切口組。兩組在出血的幾率,術(shù)后7 d的栓塞幾率方面無明顯差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論利用兔制備小口徑血管的置換模型可行,可根據(jù)動(dòng)物表現(xiàn)和彩超檢查及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)小口徑血管通暢與否。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish an animal model of hemodynamic changes after coronary artery bypass grafting. Methods Sixteen New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into two groups. The abdominal aorta of rabbits was replaced with expanded PTFE vessels with 4 mm inner diameter and 3 cm in length. The incision position was selected in the middle and lower third incision and the lower abdominal incision, respectively. The basic condition and operation time of the two groups were compared. The number of collateral vessels that need to be ligated, the chance of massive bleeding during operation, the fluctuation of blood vessel anastomosis after operation and the probability of vessel patency, as well as the matters needing attention in operation and the treatment methods of animals after operation were improved. Results there was no significant difference in the body mass and the diameter of abdominal aorta between the two groups (P 0.05). In terms of operative time, there was an increasing trend of incision selection in the middle and lower 1 / 3 groups, but there was no statistical difference (P0.05). The number of branches needed to be ligated was less in the incision group than in the lower abdominal incision group, and the ratio of good fluctuation of anastomotic stoma between the two ends was higher than that in the lower abdominal incision group. There was no significant difference in the probability of bleeding and embolization 7 days after operation between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion it is feasible to establish a small diameter vascular replacement model in rabbits, which can be found in time according to animal manifestation and color Doppler examination.
