督脈電針結(jié)合超短波療法對(duì)大鼠脊髓全橫斷損傷后腦源性神經(jīng)生長(zhǎng)因子和神經(jīng)軸突生長(zhǎng)抑制劑-A表達(dá)的影響

【摘要】:目的:通過(guò)檢測(cè)大鼠脊髓損傷(SCI)后運(yùn)動(dòng)功能恢復(fù)情況和腦源性神經(jīng)生長(zhǎng)因子(BDNF)、神經(jīng)軸突生長(zhǎng)抑制劑-A(Nogo-A)的表達(dá)來(lái)探討聯(lián)合應(yīng)用督脈電針和超短波療法對(duì)SCI的作用機(jī)制。方法:復(fù)制并評(píng)價(jià)脊髓全橫斷損傷大鼠模型,100只雌性大鼠隨機(jī)分為5組:假手術(shù)組、SCI組、SCI+督脈電針組、SCI+超短波組、SCI+督脈電針+超短波組(n=20),檢測(cè)各組7d、14d、21d、28d這4個(gè)時(shí)間點(diǎn)BDNF和Nogo-A表達(dá),對(duì)各組大鼠進(jìn)行BBB評(píng)分。結(jié)果:與模型組相比,各治療組的BBB評(píng)分顯著增加,聯(lián)合組在術(shù)后第7d、14d、21d、28d較超短波組和督電組BBB評(píng)分顯著增加,具有顯著性差異(P0.01)。與模型組相比,各治療組BDNF的表達(dá)均顯著增加,Nogo-A的表達(dá)均顯著減少,聯(lián)合組在術(shù)后第7d、14d、21d、28d較超短波組和督電組BDNF的表達(dá)顯著增加,Nogo-A的表達(dá)顯著減少,具有顯著性差異(P0.01)。結(jié)論:(1)聯(lián)合應(yīng)用督脈電針與超短波治療,能夠提高SCI后BDNF的表達(dá)及抑制Nogo-A的表達(dá)來(lái)促進(jìn)神經(jīng)的修復(fù)。(2)聯(lián)合療法對(duì)大鼠運(yùn)動(dòng)功能恢復(fù)更佳。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the mechanism of combined use of du meridian electroacupuncture and ultrashort wave therapy in detecting the recovery of motor function after spinal cord injury (SCI) and the expression of brain-derived nerve growth factor (BDNF),) nerve axon growth inhibitor -A (Nogo-A) in rats with spinal cord injury (sci). Methods: a total of 100 female rats with spinal cord transection injury were randomly divided into five groups: sham operation group (sci group), sci du pulse electroacupuncture group (sci ultrashort wave group), sci supernatant pulse electroacupuncture (sci) ultrashort wave group (n = 20), and the expression of BDNF and Nogo-A at four time points (7 d, 14 d, 21 d, 28 d). BBB score was performed on each group of rats. Results: compared with the model group, the BBB score of each treatment group was significantly increased, and the BBB score of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the ultrashort wave group and the governor group on the 7th day, 14d, 21d and 28d after operation (P0.01). Compared with the model group, the expression of BDNF in each treatment group was significantly increased and the expression of Nogo-A was significantly decreased in the combined group. The expression of BDNF in the combined group was significantly lower than that in the ultrashort wave group and the control group on the 14th day and 21st day after operation (P0.01). Conclusion: (1) combined therapy of du meridian electroacupuncture and ultrashort wave can increase the expression of BDNF and inhibit the expression of Nogo-A after SCI to promote nerve repair. (2) the combined therapy can improve the recovery of motor function in rats.
