【摘要】：腹腔鏡胃袖狀切除術(shù)(LSG)因其療效快速持久而成為減重外科的首選術(shù)式,但同時(shí)也存在某些潛在并發(fā)癥,如果處理不當(dāng),可導(dǎo)致死亡等嚴(yán)重后果。因此,及早預(yù)防及診斷LSG后出現(xiàn)的并發(fā)癥,采取有效的處理措施,對(duì)LSG的開(kāi)展具有重要意義。充分的術(shù)前準(zhǔn)備、規(guī)范的手術(shù)操作及完善的術(shù)后隨訪是預(yù)防并及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)并發(fā)癥的基礎(chǔ),根據(jù)病人的具體情況選擇個(gè)體化治療方案是手術(shù)并發(fā)癥能夠得到有效處理的保障。
[Abstract]:Laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (LSG) is the first choice for weight loss surgery because of its rapid and lasting curative effect. However, there are some potential complications, which can lead to death and other serious consequences if not handled properly. Therefore, it is of great significance to prevent and diagnose the complications after LSG and to take effective management measures for the development of LSG. Adequate preoperative preparation, standard operation and perfect postoperative follow-up are the basis of prevention and timely discovery of complications. The choice of individualized treatment scheme according to the specific conditions of patients is the guarantee of effective management of surgical complications.
