【摘要】：正老年患者因術(shù)前常合并隱匿性心腦肺等疾病,麻醉風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較大,故術(shù)前評(píng)估較為重要~([1])。目前臨床上多采用ASA分級(jí)評(píng)估麻醉風(fēng)險(xiǎn),但該分級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)受麻醉醫(yī)師主觀因素的影響較大,應(yīng)結(jié)合一些客觀便捷的指標(biāo)進(jìn)行麻醉前風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估。本研究通過(guò)檢測(cè)老年患者麻醉前后B型尿鈉肽(B-type natriuretic peptide,BNP)和肌鈣蛋白T濃度(cardiac troponin T,cTnT),探討其與不同ASA分級(jí)患者術(shù)后心臟事件的一
[Abstract]:The risk of anaesthesia is more important for the elderly patients with occult heart, brain and lung disease, which is more important to evaluate the risk of anesthesia before operation. At present, ASA classification is used to evaluate the risk of anesthesia, but the classification standard is greatly influenced by the subjective factors of the anesthesiologist. It should be combined with some objective and convenient indexes to carry out the risk assessment before anesthesia. This study should be combined with some objective and convenient indexes. After examining the concentration of B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) and troponin T (cardiac troponin T, cTnT) before and after anaesthesia of the elderly patients (cardiac troponin T, cTnT), the heart events of the patients with different ASA classification were discussed.
