補片技術(shù)修復(fù)肩袖損傷的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:肩袖巨大撕裂單純手術(shù)縫合后復(fù)發(fā)率高達50%~70%,學(xué)者們提出肩袖補片修補可增加肩袖生物力學(xué)性能。采用哪種材料的補片更有效地恢復(fù)其生理功能成為當(dāng)今研究熱點。肩袖補片分為人工合成(不可降解型,可降解型)和生物材料(自體或同種異體組織,異種異體材料)兩種類型。人工合成材料具備載體力學(xué)強度,但術(shù)后免疫反應(yīng)重;生物材料排異反應(yīng)輕,生物活性轉(zhuǎn)歸好,降解率調(diào)控靈敏,但最大抗拉強度較低。本文綜述目前肩袖補片應(yīng)用過程中的常見問題和進展。
[Abstract]:The recurrence rate of giant tears of rotator cuff after simple suture is as high as 50 / 70. Scholars have suggested that the repair of rotator cuff patch can increase the biomechanical properties of rotator cuff. It has become a hot topic to study which kind of patch can restore its physiological function more effectively. Rotator cuff patch can be divided into two types: synthetic (non-degradable, degradable) and biomaterials (autologous or allogeneic, heterologous). The synthetic material has the mechanical strength of carrier, but the immune reaction is heavy after operation, the rejection reaction of biomaterial is light, the bioactivity is good, the degradation rate is sensitive, but the maximum tensile strength is low. The common problems and progress in the application of rotator cuff patch are reviewed in this paper.
