【摘要】：目的觀察羅哌卡因?qū)ζつw損傷小鼠皮膚愈合及粒細(xì)胞-巨噬細(xì)胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)表達(dá)的影響。方法將小鼠隨機(jī)分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組(羅哌卡因)和對(duì)照組(生理鹽水),兩組小鼠創(chuàng)面進(jìn)行Masson染色,測(cè)定GM-CSF濃度和羥脯氨酸水平,記錄創(chuàng)面的愈合率和愈合時(shí)間。結(jié)果第5天,實(shí)驗(yàn)組綠染膠原纖維沉積量較對(duì)照組多;第10天,實(shí)驗(yàn)組較對(duì)照組創(chuàng)緣上皮增生明顯。實(shí)驗(yàn)組小鼠第5天GM-CSF含量高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。實(shí)驗(yàn)組小鼠創(chuàng)面愈合時(shí)間短于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。實(shí)驗(yàn)組大鼠第5天和第10天創(chuàng)面愈合比例高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。實(shí)驗(yàn)組大鼠第5天和第10天創(chuàng)面羥脯氨酸水平高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論羅哌卡因局部浸潤(rùn)可以促進(jìn)小鼠全層皮膚損傷的愈合,其機(jī)制可能與局部浸潤(rùn)羅哌卡因能夠促進(jìn)GM-CSF的表達(dá)有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effects of ropivacaine on skin healing and granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF) expression in mice with skin injury. Methods mice were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group (ropivacaine) and the control group (normal saline). Masson staining was performed on the wound surface of the two groups. The concentration of GM-CSF and hydroxyproline were measured, and the healing rate and healing time of the wound were recorded. Results on the 5th day, the deposition of green stained collagen fibers in the experimental group was more than that in the control group, and on the 10th day, the hyperplasia of the wound edge epithelium was more obvious in the experimental group than in the control group. The content of GM-CSF in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group on the 5th day (P0.05). The wound healing time in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group (P0.05). The rate of wound healing on the 5th and 10th day in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P0.05). The level of hydroxyproline in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group on the 5th and 10th day (P0.05). Conclusion Local infiltration of ropivacaine can promote the healing of skin injury in mice, and the mechanism may be related to the role of ropivacaine in promoting the expression of GM-CSF.
