【摘要】：目的：觀察外傷患者行早期美容縫合的治療效果。方法：分析2012年9月至2013年9月來我科進(jìn)行美容縫合的180例皮膚外傷患者,積極采用早期徹底擴(kuò)創(chuàng)及美容縫合方法進(jìn)行處理,對(duì)無皮膚缺損者可直接行精細(xì)縫合,如有皮膚組織缺損者,可行皮片、局部皮瓣轉(zhuǎn)移等方式進(jìn)行處理,并采用自行設(shè)計(jì)量表的方式進(jìn)行術(shù)后瘢痕觀察評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果：對(duì)患者隨訪3-9月(除3例失訪外),170患者傷口無明顯瘢痕增生,無明顯組織移位,美容效果良好；7例患者因就診時(shí)間長(zhǎng),留有較明顯增生性瘢痕。結(jié)論：應(yīng)重視在外傷急診處理中的早期縫合以及美學(xué)要求,早期美容縫合可明顯減少瘢痕形成,總體滿意度高。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of early cosmetic suture on patients with trauma. Methods: from September 2012 to September 2013, 180 patients with skin trauma who underwent cosmetic suture in our department were analyzed and treated with early and thorough wound expansion and cosmetic suture. The patients without skin defect could be sutured directly by fine suture. If there was skin tissue defect, the skin grafts and local skin flaps could be treated, and the postoperative scar was observed and evaluated by self-designed scale. Results: the patients were followed up for 3 to 9 months (except for 3 cases without visit). There was no obvious scar hyperplasia and no obvious tissue shift in the wound. 7 patients with good cosmetic effect had obvious hypertrophic scar because of the long visiting time. Conclusion: attention should be paid to the early suture and aesthetic requirements in the emergency treatment of trauma. Early cosmetic suture can significantly reduce scar formation and the overall satisfaction is high.
