【摘要】：正網(wǎng)球肘也稱為肱骨外上髁炎,是肱骨外上髁部的慢性炎癥,在人群中的患病率為1%~3%,在手部工作為主的人中可達(dá)7%~([1])。主要臨床表現(xiàn)為外上髁部疼痛,在患者做伸腕動(dòng)作時(shí)加劇~([2])。目前,學(xué)界對(duì)網(wǎng)球肘的病因有很多爭(zhēng)論,其中受到廣泛認(rèn)同的包括伸肌總腱起始部的損傷、環(huán)狀韌帶創(chuàng)傷性炎癥變性、血管神經(jīng)束的卡壓等~([2,3])。因?yàn)椴∫虿?br/>[Abstract]:The positive tennis elbow, also known as lateral epicondylitis of the humerus, is a chronic inflammation of the lateral epicondyle of the humerus.
