脊髓損傷后繼發(fā)性損傷的相關信號通路

【摘要】:背景:在脊髓損傷的病理過程中,原發(fā)性損傷對脊髓神經(jīng)結構的傷害難以逆轉,目前國內(nèi)外研究的重點主要集中在通過各種手段干預"繼發(fā)性損傷"階段,減少神經(jīng)元的壞死和凋亡,減少損傷面積的進一步擴大,為軸突再生創(chuàng)造良好的微環(huán)境,阻斷脊髓損傷后繼發(fā)性損傷的進展并促進神經(jīng)再生。目的:通過回顧分析國內(nèi)外關于脊髓損傷后繼發(fā)性損傷相關信號通路的研究報道,以明確參與脊髓損傷后繼發(fā)損傷中的關鍵信號通路及藥物作用途徑,為脊髓損傷的治療提供理論依據(jù)。方法:以"spinal cord injury,signaling pathway"為英文關鍵詞,以"脊髓損傷,信號通路"為中文關鍵詞,計算機檢索Pub Med數(shù)據(jù)庫、EMBASE數(shù)據(jù)庫、Medline數(shù)據(jù)庫、CNKI相關期刊論文及萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫2006至2016年有關脊髓損傷信號轉導通路的文獻,就脊髓損傷后繼發(fā)性損傷相關信號通路進行綜述。結果與結論:(1)目前脊髓損傷后繼發(fā)性損傷相關信號轉導通路主要集中在絲裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)信號通路、核轉錄因子κB信號通路、PI3K/PKB(Akt)信號通路、Janus激酶/信號轉導子和轉錄激活子(JAK/STAT)信號通路、Wnt信號通路方面;(2)以上通路在脊髓損傷后繼發(fā)損傷的發(fā)生發(fā)展及修復中扮演重要角色,值得深入研究。
[Abstract]:Background: in the pathological process of spinal cord injury, it is difficult to reverse the injury of primary injury to spinal cord nerve structure. It can reduce the necrosis and apoptosis of neurons, reduce the further expansion of injury area, create a good microenvironment for axon regeneration, block the progress of secondary injury after spinal cord injury and promote nerve regeneration. Objective: to study the signal pathway related to secondary injury after spinal cord injury (sci) at home and abroad, so as to clarify the key signal pathway and drug pathway involved in the secondary injury after spinal cord injury (sci). To provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of spinal cord injury. Methods: "spinal cord injury-signaling pathway" was used as the key word in English and "spinal cord injury, signal pathway" as the Chinese keyword. To search the EMBASE database and Medline database of Pub Med database, CNKI full text database of Chinese periodicals and Wanfang database from 2006 to 2016 on signal transduction pathway of spinal cord injury were searched, and the signal pathways related to secondary injury after spinal cord injury were summarized. Results and conclusions: (1) at present, the signal transduction pathway related to secondary injury after spinal cord injury mainly focuses on mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathway. Nuclear transcription factor 魏 B signaling pathway PI3K / PKB (Akt) signaling pathway Janus kinase / signal transducers and activator of transcription (JAK / stat) signaling pathway Wnt signaling pathway; (2) the above pathway plays an important role in the development and repair of secondary injury after spinal cord injury. It is worth studying in depth.
