【摘要】：目的:研究先天性椎管狹窄對(duì)黃韌帶骨化型胸椎管狹窄癥的發(fā)病年齡和病程的影響方法:收集50名對(duì)照組患者的CT影像學(xué)資料,包括椎管矢徑、椎管橫徑、椎管面積,并以平均值-2*標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差定為先天性椎管狹窄的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),根據(jù)此標(biāo)準(zhǔn)將50名實(shí)驗(yàn)組的黃韌帶骨化型胸椎管患者分為2組:陽(yáng)性組,表明該組患者伴有先天性椎管狹窄癥;陰性組,表明該組患者無(wú)先天性椎管狹窄癥。收集并比較兩組患者發(fā)病年齡及癥狀持續(xù)時(shí)間。結(jié)果:本研究中采用的先天性椎管狹窄的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為:T1,137.98mm2;T2,128.07mm2;T3,120.65 mm2;T4,124.50 mm2;T5,120.24 mm2;T6,121.89mm2;T7,121.13mm2;T8,122.05 mm2;T9,116.62 mm2;T10,119.12 mm2;T11,128.89 mm2;T12,163.70mm2。陽(yáng)性組包括29名患者,陰性組包括21名患者,58.0%患者合并先天性椎管狹窄。陽(yáng)性組與陰性組相比,椎管矢徑、椎管面積較小,其差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,但椎管橫徑近似,其差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。陽(yáng)性組發(fā)病年齡51.98±9.33歲,陰性組發(fā)病年齡59.4±8.36歲,t=13.475,p0.05,兩組差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。陽(yáng)性組癥狀持續(xù)時(shí)間為34.74±39.05月,陰性組為23.62±32.69月,t=㧟0.961,p0.05,兩組差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:黃韌帶骨化型胸椎管狹窄癥患者多伴有先天性椎管狹窄。該類(lèi)病人發(fā)病年齡提前。但癥狀持續(xù)時(shí)間無(wú)差異。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of congenital spinal canal stenosis on the age and course of onset of ossification of ligamentum flavum thoracic spinal canal stenosis. Methods: Ct imaging data of 50 patients in control group were collected, including sagittal diameter, transverse diameter and area of spinal canal. According to this standard, 50 patients with ossified thoracic spinal canal of ligamentum flavum were divided into two groups: the positive group, which indicated that the group had congenital spinal canal stenosis, the negative group was the negative group. This group showed no congenital spinal stenosis. The age of onset and duration of symptoms were collected and compared between the two groups. Results: the standard of congenital spinal stenosis in this study was: T1137.98mm2T2128.07mm2T3120.65mm2T4124.50mm2T5120.24mm2T6121.13mm2T7121.13mm2T8122.05 mm2T9116.62 mm T1019.12119.12mm T10128.89mm T12128.89mm2mm. The positive group included 29 patients and the negative group included 21 patients (58.0%) with congenital spinal stenosis. The sagittal diameter and spinal canal area of the positive group were smaller than those of the negative group, the difference was statistically significant, but the transverse diameter of the spinal canal was similar, the difference was not statistically significant. The onset age of positive group was 51.98 鹵9.33 years old, and that of negative group was 59.4 鹵8.36 years old. The duration of symptoms in the positive group was 34.74 鹵39.05 months, and that in the negative group was 23.62 鹵32.69 months. There was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: ossification of ligamentum flavum is associated with congenital spinal stenosis. The onset age of these patients was earlier. But there was no difference in duration of symptoms.
