【摘要】：正近年,隨著微創(chuàng)外科技術(shù)的發(fā)展和內(nèi)鏡設(shè)備的改進,電視胸腔鏡技術(shù)應(yīng)用越來越廣泛,但該技術(shù)需要良好的肺臟塌陷,即肺隔離技術(shù)(lung isolation technique,LIT)。所謂肺隔離技術(shù)是指通過特定的導管或方法將左、右肺分隔開,實施單肺通氣(one lung ventilation,OLV),即一側(cè)肺通氣,另一側(cè)肺不通氣,目的是阻止血液、痰液或膿液等污染物由患側(cè)肺進入健側(cè)肺,造成交叉感染,甚至發(fā)生健側(cè)肺"淹溺",導致雙肺功能障礙。單肺通氣也可為胸腔鏡
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of minimally invasive surgical technology and the improvement of endoscopic equipment, video-assisted thoracoscopy is more and more widely used, but this technique needs good lung collapse, that is, (lung isolation technique.
