【摘要】：目的淺析顱腦創(chuàng)傷合并面神經(jīng)損傷外科手術(shù)療效的觀(guān)察情況。方法選取我院2010~2016年收治的顱腦創(chuàng)傷合并面神經(jīng)損傷患者34例作為研究對(duì)象,先對(duì)患者進(jìn)行顱腦創(chuàng)傷手術(shù)治療,然后再對(duì)患者進(jìn)行面神經(jīng)端吻合或耳大神經(jīng)抑制修復(fù)手術(shù),術(shù)后觀(guān)察患者的手術(shù)療效。結(jié)果患者經(jīng)過(guò)治療后,面部神經(jīng)恢復(fù)較好,其中痊愈17例,占50%,Ⅰ級(jí)恢復(fù)7例,占20.5%,Ⅱ級(jí)恢復(fù)6例,占17.6%,Ⅲ級(jí)恢復(fù)3例,占8.8%,Ⅳ級(jí)恢復(fù)1例,占2.9%。結(jié)論在臨床上治療顱腦創(chuàng)傷合并面神經(jīng)損傷患者,進(jìn)行顱腦損傷救治的同時(shí),再進(jìn)行面部神經(jīng)修復(fù)術(shù),能有效提高患者的治療效果,值得在臨床上廣泛應(yīng)用。
